Took little longer for delivery and information on delivery was not great and ordered two different items and second order delivered first but items are lovely.

THEY CONTACTED ME TO SAY THEY WOULD REFUND MY SHIPPING NEVER ACTUALLY RECEIVED ANYTHING BACK Been waiting a while for my order spoke to them briefly over Facebook to which I was then told oh yes it's out of stock so not been started but we forgot to let you know so we will start it now, eventually got a email to say shipped with a tracking number and 6 days down the line the tracking number is still un recognised tried to contact them again through Facebook only to be ignored. Would never order again, right now I seem to be out of pocket aa still no product. Appalling company

Absolutely awful design on the wallet didn’t look anything like the people in the photo. Lost money on it because the wallet is in the bin to embarrassed to give it to my partner and only had part refund

Quality and name/initial good but photo etching not so much ...disappointing.
I give the wallet 3 stars as the quality was good with room for notes, cards and a photo although it does not have a pocket for change. The writing of my husband's name was very good but the etching of the photograph was disappointing ...doesn't really look as good as the advert. A fun gift though at Christmas from the cats to their Dad so I'm sure he'll still appreciate it !
