Hi Jennifer, Let me address each point 1 by 1. 1. The slow response may be due to the time zone difference. We are also dealing with a ton of cancellations and changes due to the Corona Virus. We email all etickets to clients and do not ask the client to download the itinerary. I can provide the email to you showing the tickets were emailed out. I suggest you check your junk or spam. 2. We always inform a client if there is a change or cancellation by the airlines but with the current Corona Virus unfortunately things are a bit different. We are only dealing with customers flights that are within 2 weeks and then we will deal with all the rest. Being many others were flying months later... There is many glitches right now with the airlines which are causing issues due to the overload... 3. the booking department is over loaded and has people stricken with Covid 19 just like anywhere else. we have fees just like any travel agency and airlines and are working on each case to help lower it or waive it if possible. 4. Generally we can add an infant but with some airlines such as Cathay they require the adult flying to have the credit card on hand for verification which is why you were asked to pay directly to Cathay the infant which is generally 10% of the published fare. We strive to give our customers the best discounts for their business or first class flights and try for the best Customer Service and i'm sorry if you feel that you were let down.
