We are concerned by this account, but the username does not provide enough information for us to identify or verify the reservation. Arrival times can occasionally be affected by traffic or earlier jobs, but customers should be kept informed of any significant delay. Our crews are trained to handle, wrap, and secure items carefully. Any reported damage is reviewed based on the move records, condition of the items, supporting documentation, and the signed agreement. Please contact our management team directly with your name, move date, and photos of the alleged damage so we can investigate the specific circumstances and respond appropriately.

We sincerely apologize for the missing refrigerator part, scratches, incomplete furniture reassembly, and items left outside at both locations. We also regret the extended delays, the unfinished work, and the lack of timely follow-up from management. You should not have been left with additional repairs, moving materials still on your furniture, or belongings placed where you could not safely move them. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet the level of service and care you expected. JFK Moving Co.
