Hello, I found JFK Moving Company on Yelp, and they had the most reviews vs highest rating. I called them on a Sunday to request a move the following Saturday. They responded right away, and took the job. JFK was honest with the price and details, NO hidden fees at all.. They quoted for a 3 bedroom/2 bath house, which included four movers, the truck, gas, mileage, 4 hr minimum (beyond fair!), $249hr cash / $259 card (and they offer Zelle), $50 deposit to confirm, and they kept in touch during the week via text to confirm the appointment and details. Arrived precisely at 8am, asked for a walk through of what we were questing to move, and started at 8:15. I only requested help with the heavy furniture, but requested to move my "knick knacks" solo. They started at 8:15am, and perfectly moved all furniture, packed, and plastic wrapped everything, including all heavy appliances, and had everything in the new house by 11:19am. They moved quick, efficiently, wrapped everything, and got the job done so quick. They took the stressful feeling of moving, and literally made it the best purchase and decision I've ever made. Nice, respectful, and the hardest workers I've met. Nothing broken, nothing cracked, and went the extra mile to ensure all furniture was torn down and reassembled properly, and all possessions placed gently in the right rooms. I wouldn't ever consider moving again with out JFK's help, but I would personally request the following: Lavar J, David R, Kamron S, and Peter M for my service. These four were all-stars and are appreciated!! To the Supervisor and/or Owner, I hope you know the talent you have that continues to make your reviews the best. These four gentlemen went above and beyond. I will be recommending JFfK, and these four gentlemen by name. They truly represent the JFK standards. Thank you guys for the help today, I couldn't do this move without you four! I will be sharing this on Yelp and Google, and calling JFK to give my regards to my assistance today!!

Slow service

My move took two days longer than expected. The team seemed rushed and missed handling a few fragile items carefully. Communication could have been better as I was left waiting for updates during the process.

Disappointing Experience Overall

The movers arrived over an hour late, which threw off my entire schedule. When they finally showed up, they seemed rushed and careless with my items. A few of my boxes were not handled properly and some things were chipped. While they did get everything moved, the stress of the delays and poor handling really dampened the experience.

They lost the part on my refrigerator…

They lost the part on my refrigerator door and scratches on it. They left my couch apart. It took forever, it went past the allotted time of 6 PM and luckily, the new owner of my place decided to let us still get my stuff out. But we had to sit in front of the garage and my neighbor's garage until they came back to get the rest of my stuff. They still left my outside umbrella, bags and trash on the pavement. I still have their moving covers on my furniture. At the new house they left stuff on the front law and i couldn't move it until next day. I wouldn't recommend this company at all because it still costs me a lot of money, and now I have to fix my refrigerator more money. I still habe not receive manager. I wish I could upload my photos.

A great crew who did an amazing job!

David, Cameron and Uktam arrived on time and got right to work. They managed to move fast and yet also handled everything with care. There were some very heavy items to be moved, but they all worked together and did a great job. We had a slight snag as we weren’t able to drop off furniture for donation, but David took it in stride and he even managed to fit everything into our storage locker. We were very impressed with all three guys!

This is the worst company in terms of…

This is the worst company in terms of customer service, un professional staff, The so called supervisor showed up late, Immediately had an attitude as his person that fits everything in the truck was not there, started cursing and somehow there office made a mistake not telling him that this was a total move, Meaning they had to pack and take everything, The truck did not fit everything and they left partial stuff behind, I had to hire other people to come and help me move my house the next day cost more money, They damaged my furniture, They put TVS without remote control and wires in un marked boxes, It took them 11 hours to move partial house paying them $265.00 an hour W the only light and professional person was Tia, they are lucky to have her, She was the only reason I booked with them, And Boy was that a mistake, If you are reading this "Stay away" from these people dishonest, un professional people for working for them, Tia is the by far the Best person I dealt with, She was Polite, Apologetic and truly tried to help, But She cant do everything, The staff and Service both sucked and di not know how to do anything, It almost seems they hire people from the street, Pay them minimum wage and expect them to do professional Job.

This incredibly kind team handled my piano with utmost care during the move. They took their time to ensure that there was no significant damage when moving the upright piano from the downstairs to the upstairs. I would definitely use them again.
