Hello Kyle! Hope you are doing well. I checked your JS account, and I can see that we have already processed your refund. When you requested a refund, you had already filed the dispute with your bank, and since they had already held the funds while they were investigating, we could not process the refund on our end. You may not have received our email, but we replied and explained it. The bank has finalized its decision in our favor and released the funds back to us.
