Junova

Not a bad first savings, but we hope to get much more!

Amazing to hear, and thanks for the review!

Love to hear this!

Thanks for the review! And sometimes (not always) you can sweet-talk the airline agent into shifting the credit for you...

This did happen. However, it was due to a mistake by the airline. When we became aware of it, we followed up immediately and remedied the situation, and everything is back to the way it was before this incident. No financial impact, no seats or fares changed. This should never have happened, and we deeply apologize for the error, as did the airline that did everything they needed to reverse it. All of this was communicated to this Junova user in a timely manner. This is a very abnormal situation, and as all the other reviews demonstrate, not something anyone should expect from using Junova.
