Unacceptable

I didn't want to give it a star at all. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and never received them. I was notified they'd been delivered but they weren't in the mailbox, nor my doorstep. I contacted the company multiple times and was given the run around. They told me to contact the carrier because it was out of their hands since it was delivered. The problem is, IT WASN'T!! No offer of a refund or another order. Nothing. I'll never make the mistake of buying anything from them again.

Juvenileon is a scam

Juvenileon is a scam. I still have not received my order (placed in June). I reached out when their "system" said it had been delivered in July. They gave me fake tracking numbers & Adiya to check with the post office. I told them the numbers didn't exist in the usps system. They told me to look in the bushes, near my door, and to ask my neighbors. Their "system" said it had been delivered "at/in mailbox". I have a cluster mailbox. They gave a different fake tracking number & said to get with the post office. I told them it wasn't delivered, my neighbors don't have it, the tracking numbers don't exist in the usps system, and I asked for a refund. They claimed the previous numbers given were a system error, directed me to their website to use the new numbers, and said it was delivered. It wasn't.

Delivery was very slow and the product does not work like the advertising. My daughter bought a cheap version from a discount shop that actually works better. I have 2 Ragdoll cats long hair and 1 Maine Coon very long coat. So was hoping this would be a good tool to use but not as good as the ad sadly. Another waste of money. Took approx 5.6 weeks from order to arrive.

The glasses are not the right focus for me. Need to be stronger for my far vision. And glare at night.

I never received my order

I never received my order. Said it was delivered but was not in my box. Not very happy I spent that kind of money and didn’t receive it. It should have been delivered to my residence not my mailbox.

Juvenileon is another bad company. I still have not received my merchandise gave me 2 phony tracking numbers. Then they blamed it on the post office and told me to look in the bushes, when it fact the cameras on my house proved that there was no delivery on that day and they did not refund my money. Please be aware that this is bad business, reported them to Consumer Affairs on our Government website and the FBI, this has to stop!

Although it was slow coming I appreciate that you always stayed in touch with me to let me know where in shipping it was . I used it on my girl as soon as I received it and it's Awesome she has very thick and long hair that nots up very bad and weighs about 50 lbs. This was the easiest brush I have ever used and it wasn't painful for her Thank You for making it less like work. I'm telling all my friends. Also I was impressed with how well made it is . I'm trying it on my horse next . Thanks again for such a well made product
