Although it was slow coming I appreciate that you always stayed in touch with me to let me know where in shipping it was . I used it on my girl as soon as I received it and it's Awesome she has very thick and long hair that nots up very bad and weighs about 50 lbs. This was the easiest brush I have ever used and it wasn't painful for her Thank You for making it less like work. I'm telling all my friends. Also I was impressed with how well made it is .
