Unreleased Refunds Held in "Processing" Since August 16 – $7,585.88 USD Withheld (Element Colors / PoppoTopup)
I am posting this formal notice regarding $7,585.88 USD in unreleased customer refunds on PoppoTopup, operated by Element Colors Electronic Entertainment Limited (19H Maxgrand Plaza, San Po Kong, Hong Kong; UK entity: Element Colors Technology Limited).
On August 16, 2026, multiple high-value orders failed delivery and were formally accepted by the system for cancellation and refund.
The customer dashboard officially placed all three transactions into "Processing" status for refund, yet the merchant has withheld the funds for weeks without releasing the credits back to the original payment cards:
Order 26081601460: $3,251.09 USD (Status: Processing Refund)
Order 26081601457: $3,251.09 USD (Status: Processing Refund)
Order 26081601455: $1,083.70 USD (Status: Processing Refund)

According to Element Colors' published Refund Policy:
Section 1(1): Delivery is not completed within the specified time after purchase.
Section 1(3): Orders that have been paid but not processed.
Section 2: Refunds for Visa/Mastercard payments must be deposited directly into the original payment card.
Customer support continues to stall the release of these settled merchant credits, stating that refunds cannot be finalized internally and instructing customers to seek recourse through their banks. Retaining customer funds after delivery failure and system refund acceptance violates Element Colors' own legal policy and standard card brand operating rules.
I demand that Element Colors management immediately execute the refund reversals for these three orders to the original payment cards. If these refunds are not executed within 48 hours, complete audit logs will be submitted directly to acquiring payment processors and card network compliance desks.
Unreleased Refunds Held in "Processing" Since August 16 – Over $17,800 USD Withheld (UID: 100032741)

On August 16, 2026, multiple orders failed delivery and were accepted by the system for return and cancellation. Order 26081602111: $4,944.57 USD (Status: Processing Refund)

When contacting customer service to finalize the payout, support stalls the process by stating the refund "cannot be processed, only managed." Withholding settled merchant credits and refusing to finalize documented refunds breaches both Element Colors' stated terms and card brand merchant rules.
I demand that Element Colors management immediately execute the refund reversals for account UID 100032741 to the original payment cards. If these refunds are not executed within 48 hours, full transaction documentation and chat logs will be submitted directly to the acquiring payment processors (including Airwallex) and card network compliance desks.

The overall experience was just average. The order processing took longer than expected. and customer support responded slowly without providing effective solutions. Compared with other top-up platforms,i will not choose this service again for my next purchase
