I paid them for a Windows 10 Pro key and they sent me a Windows 10 Home key. I sent them a screenshot of the error message verifying this. Now they are refusing to send me the correct key and want to wait a week to refund my money.
Update: I received a refund from Keysworlds, without having to contact PayPal. I changed my review to average. I purchased Microsoft Office and the key was not valid. I sent them an email and they said they would send me a refund. I have yet to receive the refund. I'm going to contact PayPal.
I bought 2 licenses, 1 office 2016 and 1 office 2019 via PayPal. Licenses were valid, I registered to Microsoft and everything were perfect. 4 stars are because the download links were not valid, so I had to search to Internet to download offices (2016 was more difficult), but at the end of the day both of them were installed and registered.
I bought a Win10Pro and an Office key. Progs downloaded, but the win key was not working initially as it was not valid. Customer support was super helpful, professional, and response arrived immediately. Not tested the office key yet, hope that would work too.
Fake keys, buyer beware.
Couldn't download, got errors Finally got it downloaded and now Windows says its not a valid license key.
I'm not really sure that I needed a key in the first place but I'm glad they were offering one for a lot less than Microsoft was
Share the experience of other users. I did not see either that the key for Win 10 Pro is only for a clean install, no upgrade possible. Be aware for following restrictions, otherwise you will waste your money as I did. 1. Cannot be used to directly upgrade from an older Operating System 2. Requires a clean installation, and all prior data must be backed up 3. Does not come with free direct support from Microsoft 4. Will not allow for a change to a different model motherboard once installed Now they are complaining to Trustpilot, that my review is fake, and I didn't had an actual purchase - in spite, that I had already a e-mail correspondence with their support team. They answer I quote here: "Sorry for the inconvenience. Our activation code must be reinstalled before it can be used. The upgrade can not be operated directly. Ticket Details Ticket ID: JTD-636-84345"
hello we are sorry for that problem , if you did not use the activation key , you can write to our customer service and they will take the key back and refund your money back. thanks
Keysworlds went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my transaction.
