Received the wrong key for Windows 10 Pro initially, was given a few troubleshooting tips, still didn't work. Was provided a new code and all good. Customer service responded very quickly.

I received the key quickly and found out that this was a "clean install" only situation and was not able to "upgrade" my existing system to Windows 10. This is a little frustrating as I am not willing to wipe this system clean in order to install Windows 10. I will keep the key for future use but beware, I was not expecting a "no upgrade" path ... I may have missed it in passing, which would be my fault, but I usually catch that sort of thing.

Almost perfect service...

I made an order and in a few minutes I had the key. Based on this it would be 5*. A minor annoyance that despite of using the web page in English, due to the address of the purchase all email communications were in German. In general I hate when services try to outsmart the user and ending up ignoring their preferences.

The worst online shop

The worst online shop. I payed for Office 365 pro plus and never received the licence key. They made you to download the office from their account with their password. But that's not good, that's all scam. They should send you the licence key which I never received it and never got the full refund back. These people only stealing money from the people by lying them. This is outrageous. I would like to receive the office 365 pro plus licence key or my money back.

Order was completed in a timely fashion

I have not received my windows 10 keys

On January 3 I bought 2 packs (2 keys for each pack) today January 8 I have been charged by PayPal on my account the amount of these products, but I still do not receive my products.

Update2: support sent a new key in 1 day, which is working.:) My total rating is 4.5 :) Update: office key is not working properly, waiting for support's answer... ***************** I bought an office and a win key, both of them worked. Installing win10 was a bit of pain as it needed a clean install (not an upgrade of previous win7), but at the end I'm happy with the results.
