When I bought it and tried to use the code to upgrade a Windows 10 home edition to pro it would not work. None of the information prior to the order suggested that I would have to totally wipe my system and do a fresh install. So now I have a Win 10 serial to give as a gift for friends. At least it was cheap :)

Windows 10 ... it's only a key

I want to upgrade my Windows 7 system to Windows 10 so I ordered their product. What I received was an email confirming my order and pointing me to a download site and a "key". None of the information prior to the order suggested that I would have to totally wipe my system and do a fresh install, nor that I would only be getting a download rather than an actual CD copy. I wasted my money.

I read their add for the Windows 10 pro key to mean it would work with all upgrade options. When I bought it and tried to use the code to upgrade a Windows 10 home edition to pro it would not work. After 2 emails they told me the code will not work in this instance. I have a useless code now.

leonidasvla2: Good morning from Greece

Good morning from Greece! In principle, I have not yet used the program key and I do not know its effectiveness. I would like to know how to manage the permissions that are after the activation key. Example: key: ΧΧΧΧΧ - ΧΧΧΧΧ - ΧΧΧΧΧ ....... (.....................)

I purchased Windows 10 and Microsoft Office combo for $70. Windows 10 wasn't needed, I asked for a partial refund or possibly another code since I had to purchase another computer, they refunded me $11. Wow! Didn't know Windows 10 only cost $11. Be very careful with them. Customer service STINKS, very DISAPPOINTED!

Very good and fast response, good promotions

Ordered a windows 10 key

Ordered a windows 10 key, never got it. Emailed customer support, never received any response back. Charged my paypal $20. Terrible scamming company, avoid at all cost. Update: They commented on my review saying to email them so they could help. Number 1 - I already did that an hour after purchasing the key. Number 2 - after they commented on this post I emailed again with no response. I don’t understand how their customer service can be so bad. I’ve ordered off multiple different key sites such as G2A.COM and cdkeys.com with no problems ever. In closing, this isn’t the only website that sells cheap keys, go to a different one with better service, I had to buy a whole other key on cdkeys.com after the failure of this website to not only deliver the key but also taking the money out of my paypal even though they “don’t have an order number” or whatever. Buying keys is great, just not from this site.
