Bought two keys for Office 2019. The initial key did not get sent but was quickly corrected. Both work fine with all functionality

Very bad experience with these guys. I have purchased an Office365 for business on February. Suddenly, in August I realize that I cannot enter Onedrive cloud service. I asked for their help, since Microsoft told me that I have to contact my admin to resolve this problem. First, I received an email from customer service( LIn), they send me two links to try to sign in through them but my account was not there, according to the message i received to my screen. When I told customer service (Lin) that my problem was not resolved, they disappeared. I have send several emails till today but no answer. With a short investigation I did I found out that more people had the same problem. I suggest you stay away from this dealer.

Immediate response and affordable prices I have purchased MS-Office 2016 Pro twice from Keyworlds in a 6-months span, for my two home PCs. The company's response was immediate, as well as the downloads. I would certainly recommend it. My only issue was that the first time I got the 32-bit version, instead of the 64-bit one. It worked fine, however. As I need this software for personal use, getting it at an affordable price is really crucial. Thank you!

Inability to activate MS Office after OS fresh installation

I have purchase an MS Office 2016 Pro Plus license which was activated without issues. After 4 months and fresh install of Windows 10 on the same PC (no hardware changes), the product could not be activated. I contacted the support team but no response yet.

I ordered MS Office 365+free Win 10 Pro sft. The license arrived in cca. 20 minutes. Everything work perfectly. Only one disadvatage by my point of view: i have to use another e-mail to be able to use ms office 365...

I got the 32 bits English release

I got the 32 bits English release. And I wanted 64 bits in French. Finally I got them after exchange and find by myself the 64 bits.

Not a real license…

I bought an Office 2016 Pro license last year - Order number: # KSW-20000000068 - and I haven't used it yet, and now it tells me it can't be activated because the maximum number of activations has been reached. Yesterday I asked their Customer Service (Kayako) for help and I still haven't received an answer. Edit: After 3 days I received a reply... I hope I will be able to activate my office... Edit2: Despite the fact that I provided the transaction data, after more than a week, I did not receive any answer. I was asked for my address and telephone number, but I avoided giving them because I did not understand why. My request for Customer Service (Kayako) was closed after their initial response, without waiting for my response. I sent another email, but to no avail ... Edit3: After another 2 weeks of waiting without any other answer, I gave up to hope of anything. It is sad that a negative review has led to the cessation of any attempts to solve the problem encountered. Solving it would olso have improved the review ...

Stolen money.

I have bought ms office, tried to activate it and got "key has used too many times". Sent a mail to their support service yesterday and have no any response yet... Nice place to waste some money. Order number provided. august, 7. No response. Instead, keysworlds tried to mark my review as fake.

I did not get the licence key

I did not get the licence key. I wrote the services but they did not answer me! After 3 days i got the key.

First time shopper, and will probably recommend to others...

I ordered 2 products, and received 2 as advertised. With the exception of having a little trouble with the installation everything works as expected.

I bought this to upgrade from windows 10 home to windows 10 Pro. I still can't get this OS to load.

While the price was great the download and installation were slow and little hard to understand.

It works perfectly once the image file send can be mounted. Was apprehensive when purchasing but works fine; the link is send in 5 mins of payment

Was sent key to the wrong game... they refused to refund or correct their mistake

Despite clearly describing PREY 2017 (picture, description, minimum requirements) in their product page, keysworld sent me a steam key of 2006 Prey. Of course I find this out only after activating the game on steam. They are refusing to refund me or send a key for the correct 2017 game . They had the gall to say that nowhere in their website is a statement saying this to be the 2017 Prey (which is obviously ridiculous). Buy at your own risk. Update: After filing a claim with paypal, the case was recently resolved in my favor and a full refund was issued.

There was a problem with a key that you didn't answer me at all. I've sent a few emails and I've been waiting for a response for over a month. In my opinion, big liars, nothing more.
