On 12/15/23 I ordered a software bundle…

On 12/15/23 I ordered a software bundle that included Win11 Pro. As I was preparing to install Win11Pro on my new laptop which came pre-loaded with Win11 Home, I noticed in the fine print 'for clean install only'. My laptop was pre loaded with the OS and some software that i intended to use. I've sent 4 emails to Support@keysworlds explaining the situation and asking if I could get some help with a key for Win11 Pro *upgrade*. I've received no response at all after emailing them 4 times. To date = No response at all. Order #KSW-12000009614301 Update 01/11/24: After joining 'TrustPilot' and submitting my first review on 12/30/23- like 'magic' I received a response from Keysworlds on 01/02/24. They offered assistance- finally- and after a few e-mails back and forth we resolved the issue of the Win11home upgrade to Win11Pro Upgrade. Having been out of town without the involved laptop I was unable to complete the upgrade until yesterday 01/10/24. With the information that I received from Keysworlds after my 1 star review and the assistance from Trustpilot I was able to complete the upgrade per Keysworld's instructions- and it worked perfectly. I've upgraded my review to 3 stars, and if Keysworlds would have resolved the issue after I first e-mailed them on 12/15/23- I would've happily submitted 5 stars. It took the help of Trustpilot to make KW hear a customer service request. Thus- 3 stars. I've done considerable business with KW in the past and will continue in the future. I can say without question that without the interaction from Trustpilot- that would not have been the case. Hopefully I'll be able to give a much higher review in the future. Thank You Trustpilot for helping KW and I resolve this issue !

Softwares keys worked

While both eBay and Amazon software keys resellers are incredibly unreliable, they take your money but their keys never work. I am presently surprised that the three software keys I bought from Keysworlds worked well. Really happy about that. Thank you Keysworlds.

Windows 11 key worked fine.

Easy to purchase, although it can take one day to deliver the keys.

Normally, in other sites, you receive your license immediately. In this site, I purchased a license and received it the next day. As there are so many SCAM sites, I thought I had been scammed, but in the end the license arrived, and it worked without any problems. So if it takes a while to arrive, have a little patience and wait at least a day.
