Quality plus experience
The quality, price was great for me and being able to get the curtains, rods etc. together was a great help installing, they also shipped a lot faster then their notice, pleasantly suprised.

The quality and workmanship are top notch. I purchased my selection of a chocolate brown, poolside outdoor curtain in early November'22. While it is still early, neither weather nor placement has altered the color or durability of the curtain. And because of the richness of the color/hue our poolside looks tranquil and welcoming. It's been said it looks resort-like. KGorge Curtains, keep up the good work!
These are beautiful curtains and rods…
These are beautiful curtains and rods and exactly the quality I want. The packaging was secure and the delivery was almost perfect. The communication for my delivery was confusing as there was one order number and one tracking number and all notifications were about that one tracking number. However, the rods were delivered as promised and notification came that the order was completed. The curtains did not arrive until the next day by a different carrier. However, they did arrive and I couldn’t be more pleased.

KGorge has the most outstanding customer service that I’ve come across. If you have any concerns they are dealt with quickly & professionally. If KGorge says they will refund your discount on the receivement of goods, they do, I can vouch for that. The quality of my curtains are top notch and I will certainly buy again in the future.
Outdoor curtains
Outdoor curtains: This is my 2nd order. I received the 1st set back in Aug/Sept 2022 and reordered a 2nd set in November. I received both sets in a timely manner.however, the quality of the curtains is not as described. The 1st set has faded (black) already and the sand bag ties has ripped off…I really wanted to like the curtains but definitely not worth the money.

Strong and attractive
These curtains are a heavier weight than our last curtains and the color is rich, so I am hoping they will not fade. They were the exact dimensions as expected. Great for sun blocking and even keeping out the wind. I bought the type with upper and lower grommets. These were a great product for the price -- actually worth more than the price in my opinion.

Do not buy from this company. They send incorrect merchandise and then want you to pay for returns. They suggest you give the product to family instead. We all know that's how most scammers work. This product obviously comes from China. Their customer service is very unprofessional.

Superb quality!
Purchased these on the 12th and received them on the 22nd. I was pleasantly surprised that these arrived with minimal wrinkles. The curtains are lush feeling and will completely block out any light. I would definitely order from this site again!

I would have honestly given 5 ☆ , the reason I did not Is because of shipping. I had no Idea this was coming from CHINA! It is a US based company , i paid extra $ money to expedite my purchase to have it what i thought would be 3- 5 days delivery! Nope, that didn't happen it took over 2.5 weeks! ?? They really need to clarify where the product is being SHIPPED from when ordering! Other than that major dissatisfaction, the product is great. . . Maybe they can refund my $$ in " Express Shipping "

Only thing is I bought two sets thinking it was only one panel. But I love them! They are beautiful!
Decent product but lacking timely delivery and customer service
The product itself was as advertised but the shipping and correspondence was tough to track and form lines of communication. My two items were delivered over a week apart from each other but after receiving the first shipment my order appeared fulfilled with no indication the other half was coming. After reaching out to the company I was able to get them to resend the second package but they gave no tracking information and discontinued communication despite follow on questions. Overall not the best customer service but the product was as advertised.

I had no issues/ I ordered 16 drapery panels and They did come in in different boxes for a total of four boxes but the fabric is very very nice, it is for outside use as well as inside. There was not much of a delay at all and since these come from China I expected it to be more. I am very satisfied.

So far so good! This product seems to be of good quality. I do recommend purchasing a hardware kit, in addition to the included rope. Definitely make sure you follow the guidelines for size. My patio is 10x10 so that's the size I initially ordered, but then realized I needed to leave room on each end to tighten it. I reordered an 8x8. I'm still playing around with the tension while it stretches out, but that seems to be the right size. This is definitely work the price and works better than umbrellas that are either too expensive or fall over, plus it's really easy to take down if needed. Really glad I purchased!
