UPDATE: My order never arrived, Still getting the runaround and now their customer service number is no longer an available number.. be aware they site may be a SCAMMM. DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order and was so excited that I finally had found the perfect color curtains. Once my order was placed I realized my address was 1 number off. I attempted to request an address change with no response. Because there is a 24 hour cancellation policy I did not want to miss my window and have someone else receive my order. I attempted to contact customer service several times via phone, email, and their chat option. The phone number never went through. I emailed with no response. As a last resort I went to the chat option, where I was assured my order would be cancelled on time. Unfortunately, I received a notification of shipment. I have since been back and forth with the company for a week now. This is by far the worst customer support experience I have ever had.
I was sent the wrong length of curtains but they made it right. I would do business with them again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not honor their return policy listed on the website. Got sick of fighting with them and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Ships in ultiple packages from china. SCAM.
We searched for outdoor drapery panels to install on a very hot, sunny corner of a recently built screened porch. Not only were these drapes of highest quality but the color selection was just amazing. Customer service is prompt and helpful. We recommend them highly and will definitely be shopping them again.
We purchased almost $1000 on outdoor porch curtains that were suppose to be wind proof, ( understanding to a certain point) and sun proof.. worst purchase ever! We’ve had them several months and they are not wind proof at all and are already discolored from just morning sun!… do not recon wasting your money!

I bought out door curtains as they said they were supposed to be fade resistant,well 2 months into having them up the dark navy color is now a very light faded blue but being that they give you a 30 day warranty just against defects which I think this qualifies as a defect but since it took over 30 days to fade they are doing nothing about it except a 5.00 refund and a discount on future purchase which is ridiculous as I won’t be ordering again from this company

I ordered then found cheaper and better quality somewhere else , I emailed the company told them I wanted a refund ( mind you my order said unfufiled) the very next morning I received an email stating I couldn't have a refund my order had been shipped! I will never order from this company again!!

Do not waste your time. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Buried deep in their policies is shady no return/exchange clause. Even though on their website it says exchange with in 30 days. When contacting the company it can only be via email. They offer pennies on the dollar for "refund"...$5 and a coupon on a $358 order of curtains. They also tell you to donate the curtains. They try to scare you high fees to ship back to their factory in China. Do not bother ordering from KGORGE.
