That is precisely why our team asked detailed follow-up questions and requested supporting documentation. As part of our review, you informed us that the base had been installed using both the vehicle seat belt and the lower anchor (LATCH) connectors simultaneously. For that reason, we requested additional information so that we could better understand how the car seat was installed. Our questions were never intended to delay a resolution. Rather, they were asked to judiciously gather and review all relevant information. We can see that the team has offered to send you a return label and issue a return as per our policy. We appreciate your cooperation and we remain committed to resolving this smoothly. Thank you.
