I got a bassinet for a great price, but it was missing the mattress. I loved the bassinet, so I just asked for the missing piece to be sent to me. They sent me an email with a tracking label, so we’ll see if the missing component makes it to me.

I was sold a car seat with an active…
I was sold a car seat with an active safety recall and did not know about it until after I received it. When I attempted to reach out to Kidsy, I was not able to by phone or chat and was only able to finally interact with someone through email, although it was zero help whatsoever. Kidsy took absolutely no ownership of selling a defective product and told me to work it out with the manufacturer. The return policy, customer service, and overall experience is terrible and I will never put myself through it again. Kidsy replied and stated that the recall was communicated by Evenflo in the previous 48 hours but that is wholly incorrect and misleading. The NHTSA published the recall (26C004000) on 7-17 and I completed my purchase on 7-18. Additionally, the recall states that the product cannot be used with the headrest at the highest point. Therefore, Kidsy sold me a product that is under an active recall and cannot be used and continues to accept a return even to the point of making misleading statements about when the recall was issued.

The Evenflo REO is currently subject to a voluntary recall announced by Evenflo. In its recall notice, publicly available, Evenflo clearly states that all affected seats may continue to be used and they instruct customers not to return the seat while they work on developing a free remedy. As the recall is being administered by the manufacturer, our customer team directed you to Evenflo's Parent Link so you could receive the official recall guidance and remedy information directly from them. We are simply following instructions directly received from Evenflo and our team is committed to following the manufacturer's process. This gate system is excellent
