I was a bit hesitant about my purchase
I was a bit hesitant about my purchase, as I had never heard about kidsy. Read descriptions on the item I was looking to purchase, did my homework. I took the chance & figured I can return if it wasn’t as described. Item came in perfect condition. And the price I paid was half of what the original was price. The only complaint I have is how the item came in the package. It came with the plastic bubble but they had already popped by the time it got to me. Thankfully it did not get damaged

About seven weeks ago
About seven weeks ago, I bought a diaper bag from their website. The listing mentioned it was a customer return with minor packaging damage. The bag itself arrive in pristine condition with all compartments and zippers working properly. I've been using it daily for daycare drop-offs since then.

Received my order quickly
Received my order quickly. However.one of the 2 safety gates was missing the latch to secure the gate, unfortunately, our babies were able to push the gate open. Reported the finding immediately, had to communicate via email. Responses were timely, was offered another gate for exchange, but that didn’t work because it wasn’t a match. Ultimately came to a solution that worked for myself and the company.

About six weeks ago
About six weeks ago, I ordered an open-box stroller from their site. The condition was listed as "like new" and it arrived looking exactly as described. The box had some wear but the stroller itself had no visible scratches or makes. I assembled it in about ten minutes without any missing parts.
