Item that I ordered ended up having a structural issue that made it unsafe to use. When I reached out to customer service team, they quickly got back to me and provided a full refund! Although this item didn’t work out, I would order from Kidsy in future!

It was my mistake when I choose the size of the extension gate and when I get back to kidsy they stated that their policy doesn’t accept exchange or return when it’s the cx fault! Okay I understand but you need to figure something out for example u let the cx pays for shipping and at least u solve the issue not like that! You let the cx stuck with item he or she doesn’t need it!

First time shopping from kidsy. I was on the hunt for a compact stroller and came across kidsy. While they don't provide actual photos of the product, they do give you a rating on the condition of the item. For the product I chose, it was gently used. Upon receiving the item and a careful inspection, I'd say it was brand new. I did not see an scuffs or indication of usage. Price was also very affordable compared to buying new. I would purchase from this site again
