The product arrived damaged
The product arrived damaged. The strap that goes between the baby’s legs was completely detached on the stroller that I bought, making it unusable unless I do some serious sewing repairs.

Bad fit and return shipping not covered
Don’t get it my daughter is 1 it’s tight around her legs I requested a refund a few days ago still don’t have anything. But even if I do send it bad Kidsy makes you pay for the shipping. I’ll just do my shopping on Amazon from here on out.

Updated review to stroller purchased
The stroller I purchased said gently used with minor scuffs. The wheels were punctured, I did not expect that. I was very disappointed and the stroller was too much of a hassle to send back.i am updating my original review from above, after being contacted by kidsy, they were able to replace the wheels and make it right. I appreciated the fact that they stayed true to their commitment and made a customer happy. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you!

Missing Parts: The Baby Einstein activity saucer…
The Baby Einstein activity saucer jumper arrived with two crucial parts missing. It can't be used without these two parts. The shopping box arrived in good condition, so it is quite obvious to me that those missing parts were not shipped. I order this item for a visit next week from an out of town grandchild. Great customer service
I was able to order the last one of the desks. It came in a timely manner, which was great. The only thing is it was missing the markers. After getting in touch with kidsy, they confirmed that it was supposed to come with markers and then sent markers out as soon as they could. No questions asked, and resolved it and no time. The markers took no time to come either, and I would say that was great customer service. I will indeed order more things from them.
