Honestly just a solid place to get some great quality unique to the brand alt clothing. I ordered a jacket from here and I gotta say the craftsmanship, materials, and care put that was put into it was very refreshing.
The delivery was fast, just two weeks!! I ordered a dress, it fit perfectly and I love it. Kistania has lots of beautiful items, well worth the money!! Nice prices too. Thank you so much!!
The site doesn't show true images of the clothes there selling, cheaply made, badly sized. Paid for 2 dresses only one arrived and they ignore all emails and forms of communication. Giving it another week before I try and open a PayPal dispute but I think they'll con that one as well. It's a gamble when ordering cheap Chinese knock offs but your led to believe these aren't. They are. False adverts, even the face book page has stolen images from Google showing the Wearhouse etc.

I ordered a pair of leggings from Kistania. They are super cute and made out of good quality. They are a mix of like faux leather and have some sewn on fishnet kind of style. It’s hard to explain, but they fit well and are made extremely well! I would definitely order from them again!

Save your money and time, the designs you see on their website are stolen, the clothes you get are cheap Chinese knock-offs. You'll get the same same disgusting quality that you would get from Shein, Wish or Aliexpress, not worth it AT ALL.

Items were never received. No support or customer service was offered. $80nzd for absolutely NOTHING. I tried reaching out to customer service, asked for a refund or items to be resent, they offered me no support whatsoever, I asked for proof of delivery they couldn't provide anything and refused to liase with the courier company (courier won't talk to receiver only sender) and still they wouldn't help. Currently working with the bank to hopefully get the transaction reversed.

If you are a size 00-2 or have the body of a prepubescent child/teen, this shop is for you! The bralette was flimsy and barely fit my boobs, the material is like that of costume fabric, it looked like someone sewed it for a home economics class. This was my first time ordering from this place and will not order again. Just order from Amazon or SHEIN. I ordered my dress on the 7th of the month and it’s now the 18th and it STILL hasn’t shipped yet. They have a 2-3 days shipment guarantee and that’s BS. Never buying from here again!!!

Ordered in December. Ordered from their place size range. The items I ordered wouldn't even fit my size 12 friend! I've now had to pay £22.15 to send items back to China, that was a month ago, they still haven't refunded me money! I'm now out of pocket and this company owe me £70!!!!! Tried being civil with them and getting absolutely no where! Scammers!!!!
