Needed to refund the order before shipment. Thankfully no problem after explaining the problem. Guys, don't order stuff to a lass your dating house... Even if she says she's wanting long term..... Then ghosts you after a month 🙄
You really are a very sincere partner. I'm sure your next date will be perfect! Will not live up to your sincerity!
My order arrived as expected. The products looked as advertised, and the delivery was made in a timely manner. I think their stuff is very cute!

Absolutely love the shoes i bought from here. i placed an accidental order and contacted them to have it cancelled. They responded in a timely manner and were courteous and had that order cancelled for me so i could place a new order.
Helpful customer service despite me being a pain in the ass. Definitely will order from them again (now that I've read their shipping policies - novel idea) They also responded quickly which is always very appreciate

their products are very good quality and their customer service is wonderful.
Website is great, you order your item, but then a few days after we don't have that is stock would you like a refund or another product, I swapped for another product which I had to pay again, they refunded the money from 1st item, which was $5 out from the price I paid which is ok, but to return because item is too small, the sizes are very small
Dear, if any of the products you have successfully paid for cannot be delivered in time, we will send you an email as soon as possible to ask for a refund or exchange. We will refund or exchange money according to your reply. If you clearly reply that you need a replacement, but there is a price difference between the replaced product and the out-of-stock product, you will need to make up the difference. On the contrary, if the price of the product you replace is lower than the price of the out-of-stock product, the price difference will be refunded or the exchange will continue according to your needs. If you still have questions about the out-of-stock replacement order, you can send me the order number, and I will check it for you again. Thank you for your understanding and look forward to your reply!（[email protected]）
Steals designs from small artists and cheap materials. Better off buying off wish if you want to pay less for equally shotty quality

Very friendly and quick customer service. We had a product delivered broken and they were very quick to make it right. Very friendly and gave me multiple options for replacing the defective product. Other than the one product showing up broken, everything else in the order was in great condition and well worth the purchase. Will definitely be ordering here again.

Got 3 items that included a two shirts and a sweater. All 3 were made out of cheap material and did not look like the photos online. Highly disappointed on wasted over priced clothing for cheap quality. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Plus, they are giving incentives for good reviews.
