I've received my sweatshirt today, I absolutely love the image and the quality and service I've received have been excellent. However, the size is huge. I ordered a medium and I would say it's Large to XL realistically. So disappointed that I'm unable to wear it as it swamps me.
Tried to return the product unopened and within 2 weeks of delivery. Was given no options to return! Buyers beware! I do not recommend using this online store.
I’m always a little wary when I purchase something online from a company that I’ve never heard of before but their darling T-shirts were so compelling. I absolutely had to order. I was a little worried about what the quality would be. I was delighted when they came because they really are high-quality T-shirts. They’re not flimsy they’re not see-through. They’re not gonna deteriorate in a couple of washes. They’re good quality and the designs are irresistible. I was not compensated for this review and I have no relationship with the company..

I received the T shirt fast. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, I would have liked it to be a side bigger. After I wrote a review, in no time they contacted me, apologized and offered to send me a side bigger at no extra cost.

Amazing customer service and product! I must admit I was hesitant due to ordering from an instagram ad but I ordered a t-shirt as a gift! Sadly it did not fit so I contacted James who kindly sent me another t-shirt out free of charge in a bigger size! Not only is the customer service great, so is the quality of the products. I ordered from this shop and, when taking my measurements, I was right between a size M and L. I decided to go with M, and the shirts arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, they were really quite tight and therefore not very comfortable to wear.
I mentioned this in my review (which was still 4/5 stars!), but I also wrote that the quality was absolutely amazing and that I loved the logos on the shirts. I genuinely liked them so much.
The shop then reached out to me completely on their own and offered to send me the shirts again in a size L — at no additional cost. I have honestly NEVER experienced such incredible customer service from any other shop!!!

Very happy with my experience with this shop! I ordered a cute shirt & unfortunately it was too big for me so I reached out to inquire about exchanging it for a smaller size. I provided my order number & the shop was so kind to offer the size I needed & said I could keep the original shirt!! I’ve never had a shop offer that great of customer service, I would definitely recommend them & would buy here again!
Had an issue with my first order and James sorted it out straight away, t-shirt is much better quality than I expected for the price. Amazing quality and picture of my dog. Would recommend!

Wonderful customer service. Good quality weight shirts. Washed and no shrinkage. They do run a large and it does take a few weeks to receive. This was a replacement shirt for another I had ordered and wasn’t happy with. They responded by offering to send another which was a surprise. I would consider purchasing from them again.
Delivery went fine, package came from China directly and it took a moment.
However quality of the print is absolutely terrible! My shirts with unintended green parts, like their printer went out of ink.
I emailed customer service twice and ZERO response.
Awful quality and seems like this company is a drop-shipping company that doesn't care about clients or quality.
I had ordered a shirt previously and love it. When I ordered a 2nd shirt it came with a few small rips on it. I contacted customer service and within 2 days a new one was shipped. Very good experience. Thank you.
Best customer service ever!!! 💜 I’ve never dealt with a company that was interested in making sure I had the best experience ever! My tshirt was great quality and I love the graphic. However, it was a big (I ordered up a size for a baggy fit). They reached out to see if I was happy with my shirt and when I told them it was bigger than I expected, they quickly exchange it for my normal size. I will definitely order from this company again!

I liked the original print on the T-shirt, the color, but absolutely not the cotton quality, the workmanship... I try to return It and have a refund but warehouses are too far and the ship's cost are so expansive so they proposed a symbolic refund of 5€ (all over 27€). I don't think this is correct, if I don't like your product, I have to return and totally refund me
