Their response is very slow, I was worried about my order and asked for the size chart, but they didn't reply for a long time. About the dress, I think they need to add more detailed information on that. The peacock dress is not what I expected. Super thin layer and see through inside.
Gorgeous dress but came with a stain, would still repurchase
I give it only 4 stars because it came late and even though I looked up my size it was way too exact for the corset dress and the corset to cinch anything so I’ll need my size and then what I should get to be a bit more clear but other then that absolutely great products extremely well made and absolutely beautiful if you have any concerns about pictures vs reality throw it out the window you’re safe. Also the return policy is too short.
Sizes do not match the actual product, definitely not friendly towards bigger sizes or even bigger chests. I got a dress that was a large but fits like a medium everywhere but the chest, where it fits like a small.
Shopping at LaceMade has been an easy, as well as interactive process. I had some issues with sizing being too small on the breast area, however customer service was very helpful and willing to lead me to a solution. As far as the quality, the two products I ordered were so beautifully made and the fabric as well.
Absolutely amazing clothing and beautiful pieces to your wardrobe collection. I have to note that I am 5’ 5” and 179 pounds. I’m more on the thick side so it’s important to size up 2 more sizes. A size medium for this brand is an XL for select pieces and also depends on the fabric. I’m normally now a size M/L so I suggest making sure you size accordingly.

The clothes I received were well made and very cute. Unfortunately one of the tops I ordered was too large. I requested a return and was denied. Their clothes do run small and they're return policy is not great. They denied my return.
I love the dress and corset I ordered the first time, but recently I ordered a new, supposedly in stock item and had waited a week for it to get shipped. They even had a specific date that they would be shipped out… however, they failed to inform me that it was sold out. I only found out because I emailed them myself. I planned to wear this outfit at an event and it’s only days before, so you can only imagine how annoyed I am not having an outfit for the event now. I understand if something is out of stock, but at least tell me!! It seemed like they weren’t going to say anything at all. What’s worse is that their plus size stock is already limited because of their small sizes, so I have nothing to potentially exchange it with. I asked for a full refund, so we’ll see what happens.
I bought the Princess ella dress its so beautiful in the pictures and in person but so delicate than i had imagined. One of the eyelets for the dress broke off after trying to unbutton it and I was really disappointed on how bad the quality was after opening it. Nonetheless its beautiful dress
Absolutely gorgeous and unique designs. Each item is made to exceptional quality. Fully lined, with some mini skirts having built-in shorts. A detail I really appreciate as an active person who still wants to feel cute. I also bought another skirt which was size adjustable. From my experience, I have not found that the sizes run small. I measure myself to the sizing guide and actually found that the pieces that arrived were on the larger side. I do, however, think the sizing is a bit awkward for my curvy body type and are made to suit small petite women which is fashionable in China. For example, I bought a dress (size large) where the bust area didn't fit over my boobs. This led to an uncomfortable amount of cleavage on show and caused the boning in the bodice to curve under my boobs. I think they should invest in better size grading. Having said that, it won't shop me wearing them as I think they are absolutely gorgeous!

I love Lacemade! I ordered a dress to wear for the Toronto International Film Festival, and it was a hit! Stunning dress, super different and flattering. The only thing is that the bottom half of the dress material seemed like it was made from cheaper material and was VERY easily wrinkled.
Every piece I've gotten from lacemade has been high quality and as pictured in their listings! Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful. The only thing is their sizing is inconsistent between products, so make sure to go over each size chart carefully, and size up if you're on the border of anything, there isn't usually a lot of room for adjustment
The clothing is so cute, and the times I've bought from they fit quite perfectly, though delivery can be an issue. I had bought a dress that gets folds easily, and fold lines were hard to straighten out. So I hope they fix this issue soon, otherwise I've had no other qualms with this store :)

I've purchased a lot of dresses from them and for the most part, I adore them all. They look as they do in the photos online, but my biggest problem is with their inconsistent sizing that seems to be shrinking over time. I went from being a size S, to M, and now I'm finding that my measurements correspond to the newer releases' size L. Other than that, I'm always looking at their instagram page for new launches because their products are some of the prettiest and most unique dresses I've seen. I do notice that they're releasing more and more polyester/poly blend clothing, whereas most of their older works have been fully cotton, so I keep that in mind when I shop.
