So in my last review i wrote my complaint about how i did not get my money back from returning an item and having to pay 50 euro shipping (total 180 euro loss) they have a bot just automatically replaying to ask about your order number.. but they never come back to you to actually help you. If you fix this issue i will remove my reviews and stop telling everyone to not order on your site, cus ive been on my instagram looking through my followers who follow you to tell them about my experience with ordering and you will lose many costumers
Do not buy here, it is a scam! I have ordered a dress, paid for expedited shipping and it never arrived. The delivery company told me that it was sent back to them, I contacted the assistance and they didn’t answer. No dress, no money back so I contacted klarna asking to stop the payment and they did it until they investigate. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I ordered a coat on this website. It arrived (package was cut with a knife but luckely did not hit the coat) the coat was too small so i requested to send it back. I had to send it back to the US and had to pay 50 euro for it myself, they did not cover the costs. I still had send it back, and got confirmation that it was recieved. Till this day i have no refund of my coat and im out 50 extra euro's for shipping! So a total of 180 euro!! Absolute scam, i repeat do NOT order here. They are not responding to my emails or contact requests..

The customer service honestly does suck. I had to return a dress that didn’t fit to exchange it and they NEVER emailed me back when I asked them updates on it.
If you know the size and are just buying it’s completely fine.
The quality isn’t worth it for some of the dresses, so keep that in mind. If it’s over $70 I won’t buy it
I ordered a dress 2 months ago. I still haven‘t received the Dress. They have the worst customer service. I wrote TWO cancelation e-mails and still didn‘t get an answer or a refund till this day.

I purchased 5 dresses from Lacemade and wanted to return 2 of them because their measurements do not match with the size chart and their fabric is low quality. They had clear return instructions. My return of both of the dresses was agreed by Lacemade and within the necessary timeframe. I shipped my items to this exact address as they have written. You as the customer also have to pay to ship your items. The company does not provide it for you. I have sent the items and their return tracking number on the 11th of December. I attached the document as proof of my tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, it was written as my items were delivered to the destination of United States of America and handed to delivery partner on the 24th of December 2024. I have sent several emails to the customer service and their email address which starts with info... Today it is 3rd of February and I have had no refund and no communication either. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Do not purchase from this company. The two dresses I ordered are too small and see through. I have been emailing them for days in order to get my return “reviewed”, and with no answer. There are no updates, no responses. This is extremely frustrating. Do not order from this company.
I ordered a coat from them, saw it was the wrong length and contacted them to cancel the order. I didn’t hear from them until 26 hours later when I got an email saying my order had shipped. It arrived 16 days later with a stain so I reached out to return it. No answer again. The coat itself was pretty but not good material, warm, and not functional as I couldn’t raise my arms to even 90 degrees.

Love their clothes and the quality is great but returning things is a nightmare. They do not answer at all and the process is expensive and inconvenient. I understand if it is to minimise returns but I just want to return and item that was sent to me twice...
This company does not respond to any emails. I tried to return an item but the order number they gave me was invalid! The clothes are pretty but I will never order from them again; terrible customer service.
Beautiful ideas, but they delete real reviews. They only keep the ones that are positive. The worst is that they have no problem sending clothing to influences, but they cannot fulfil orders from paying customers. Sounds like a scam to me.
Well... sometimes their clothes do not fit to the size chart (2cm smaller, or shorter) they post on their web-site. Some clothes of the same size are OK, some smaller. Pretty much all of them are short and for a small bust. My height is 172, and it is really hard for me...

Anyway, I decided to stop order from them since I got a winter jacket size L which is TERRIBLY SHORT!! (95/75/95 my measurements, I was true to the size chart), when I put my arms up the jacket barely reached my waist. So I put a 2star rating on their web site with a photo... it was polite, no rude words... and they DELETED it.
So, after that I made a conclusion that store is not worth to continue order from. I also saw they deleted someone else 1 or 2 stars review which was polite also.

I ordered an item over 5 weeks ago. I have reached out to the company 3 times for an update and only received an automated reply that they would get back to me within 24 hours (they didn’t). I ordered this item in plenty of time for Christmas, or so I thought. I will never order from them again.
Edit: The item never arrived for Christmas, but they did give me a refund. Changing to 2 stars.
Don't look as good as the pictures. Cheap from China
Cheap dress that didn't look as good as the pictures. Yet another site that posts cute pictures and then they make the dress for 2 cents in China and when they ship it to you it looks bad. I just couldn't be bothered to return it because it wasn't that expensive but I wouldn't buy from them again.
I've ordered from lacemade multiple times and I am very conflicted about some of their products and customer service.
Let me start with the shipping. I live in the US and shipping takes anywhere from 2-3months. By the time my order ships I already forgot what I ordered and lacemade has already released two new collections. All ordered ship from China.
Next is customer service- the customer service is non existend. The customer service is sooo bad, they don't respond to any emails, returns or order updates. You have to pay for returns and wait until lacemade receives the product before they might give you a refund back.
Last but not least is product quality. The product quality has gone significantly after time, there's a lot of design flaws or product quality issues. The material is cheap and not worth the money. Some of their earlier dresses are really nice tho.
Also they treat influences better than their paying customers.
Overall not worth it. Save your money.
Pieces came as shown in the picture but buttons on the wool coat came off a few months in. Easy fix though and international shipping was as expected. Overall, materials were high quality and loved the pieces minus the few buttons.
In the last 24 hours (October 9, 2024), many new positive reviews have appeared, all for a $15 coupon—this seems suspicious, as there were none the day before.
They don’t ship orders on time and have incredibly poor customer service. It took weeks for them to respond to my emails and Instagram DMs, and by that point, the stress simply wasn’t worth it.
I ordered 3 times (Aug, Sep and Oct) and each time, the same issues occurred. My in-stock orders were shipped after 1-2 weeks instead of the 2 days promised. The pre-order took 6 weeks to ship, even though their website stated 15 business days.
If it’s going to take longer than what’s stated on their website, they should be honest about it. Otherwise, it feels like being lied to, and that’s not good business practice.
Their Instagram shows many frustrated customers who didn’t receive their orders or refunds, didn’t get their orders shipped, while influencers get preferential treatment. They frequently ghost paying customers, which is extremely disappointing.
Their dresses are beautiful, and I truly hope they fix their customer service. It’s quite stressful to order from them, and that shouldn’t be the case.
If you value your peace of mind, ORDER WITH CAUTION.
I’m OBSESSED with this brand but do NOT order without checking the size charts!!! Their customer service is extremely lacking and cancelling or returning orders is a major hassle. Sometimes they’ll reply, but often they will not or they will take forever to.
Quality is fantastic and really can’t be beat for the price, especially considering the amount of details on their items. But just know your orders will take a long time to arrive and you should be absolutely sure about what you want and check the size charts. The size charts sometimes differ between items.
