I purchased two dresses from Lacemade - they had clear return instructions. My return of one of the dresses was agreed by Lacemade and within the necessary timeframe. I returned this via Royal Mail end of December 2024 and have proof of delivery also - I have had no refund and no communications either. POOR - do not buy. @Lacemade - return request (RMA #NAQM46I0).
