I have ordered 385.00 dollars worth of merchandise for my daughter. I took my time and read all the details on each item so had no reason not to be expecting exactly what I ordered... Now here is my issue, the tracking is saying it was delivered on 6 May at 21:44 hours however this building has both 24 hour security guard as well as security cameras and there is absolutely no indication of any delivery made. So I reached out to the company and they refuse to respond to me... so is this a scam or theft??? I would say theft... so trust me I do not give up easily... just want a full refund and that will be that... and yes I see they do not allow any negative posts about them, pretty sure it is not a true company now.... I am normally pretty careful with online shopping but my own fault for not checking with Trustpilot which I will always do from here on in.... hard way to learn eh :(
The items are different from the presentation photos and description. A sweatshirt was not a cotton blend but an ugly acrylic cloth , it seems like a very low quality soccer jersey. The relative picture on website is different ,in fact the sweatshirt inside is the same tint as the outside like a normal cotton sweatshirt. The item that I've received inside is white and outside is sky blue and it's terribly electrifying .. One item was missing and I was forced to ask for a refund via Paypal because the seller didn't answer to my email. Very long waiting times between order and delivery...I don't recommend it at all!
After the order, I received a confirmation, but the goods did not arrive. I requested a feedback of the delivery date; but was notified, that the product is out of stock. Order placed and paid for March 3, 2026. When I went to track it a few weeks ago said it was awaiting shipment. Sent an email an they said it would ship in a few days. Here we are April 16, 2026 and still hasn't shipped. There customer service sucks. Beginning to think this company isn't real. If my product is crap like I am reading I will be posting not to use LACE MY LIFE. And I find it interesting somehow they block negative comments on there feed on face book. They only let the good comments through. I know because I have posted comments but cannot see them now UPDATE: Pay Pal refunded my money with an hour, and there should be a no stars option....terrible company!

Took two months to arrive after I chased them. Nothing like the photograph. Cheap, badly made with inner sleeve seams stitched on the outside. Nasty cheap yarn. They get 1 star for the colour and the efficiency of the courier service they used. The price was for a quality garment. This wouldn't make it to a market stall. Fundamentally, a scam.

Ordered 3 tshirts on 31.01.26. Have received the 3rd shirt today 09.04.26. An unbelievable 9.5 weeks delivery. I did receive replies when i emailed but no specific delivery times mentioned. T shirt material is poor quality, a shiny polyester type. The little running dog print is huge and she has her nose stuck up un my armpit.

I got a few answers initially regarding the long wait, but they have since stopped replying. I do not have high hopes of ever getting the dress, and if I do receive it, the quality it will be :(

I ordered the little dog sweatshirt February 4 and didn't receive it until March 28. It is horrible!!!! It is nothing like a sweatshirt! The material is so cheap and tacky I would never even consider wearing it!! It's got a sheen to it too. Do NOT order from this site - it is a complete scam! I've emailed twice demanding a refund and have heard nothing back. Again - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Took 6 weeks to arrive. However, when I would email to ask for an update, I always got a reply. I ordered a sweatshirt with the little Westie dog running. I paid nearly $50 CAN, so it wasn’t cheap. The photo of the product looks like a faded pre-shrunk cotton. The description says it was made from a cotton blend. What I got after a 6-week wait was a shiny, polyester fabric, akin to a hockey jersey. It bore no resemblance to the picture and the stitching around the collar was terrible. Just awful. I wrote back and told them I wanted them to send me another that looks exactly like the photo. We shall see what happens. But steer clear of this site. Which is a shame because that sweatshirt could have been so cute.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This whole thing was a scam! I ordered something February 6 and kept having to contact them to get it delivered. The package arrived today completely unlike what was advertised. 100% cotton advertised, 100% oversized cheap polyester. What a crock. The return address list somewhere in Bensenville, Illinois, though the package came from China directly from a factory there. I’m sure I won’t get my $38 back but I’m going to try. Never again will I buy something off of stupid Facebook ad!
