Order placed on February 18, 2026 (order number LCE00061078) and fully paid. The status remained “waiting for shipment” for weeks without any proactive update.
After reaching out myself, I received no clear delivery timeline or concrete solution. Instead, I was offered a partial refund of $10, which is completely disproportionate to the issue.
I set a clear deadline until March 18 to either ship the order or issue a full refund. This deadline has now passed without delivery or a full refund.
Conclusion: commitments are not being met, communication is vague, and there is a clear lack of accountability. This comes across as unprofessional and unreliable.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this company until they significantly improve their processes.

Also wish I had read reviews before ordering. What I received was not even close to the picture on the web site. Color was completely different and neither did the artwork on the tshirt match the photo. Overpriced for what I got.

Even though the advertising was clearly AI, I thought I would give it a shot
I ordered 1 item (dungarees)
However, 3 weeks later, the item still shows as not shipped.
I emailed their service email address and eventually got a very unprofessional incorrectly spelt email, no logo, no apology, just told me to wait 5 days to be refunded.
I haven't yet received the refund, although it hasn't been 5 days, I have a feeling I am going to need to escalate matters.
Looking into where they are actually located, it is very misleading.. they are actually in China.
I would advise anyone thinking about ordering anything to go elsewhere and give these a very wide birth.

Ordered a single thing from them to give them a shot back Feb. 22 2026. Still says awaiting shipment... Took my money. They sent me an email to apologize and to tell me to be patient! Really wished I didn't spend my money on these guys. Saw their ad on Facebook thought it was legit. No phone number to call. No way to speak to an actual human. If you look at what they reply to these reviews, its just automated BS. I'll give them a week or two then will likely contact my CC company. Do your research before you buy...

Right now I'm at this stage with this company. They offered a discount to first time buyers when ordering an item. I put the code in and they never gave it to me. I contacted them immediately by email never got a response then contacted them again a couple days ago. then I finally got one at 2 am this morning and they said well what was your discount code ? Are you kidding me?? I responded back that the should find that themselves as i don't even know where to find that. So I put this on pay pal if this doesn't get rectified today I will be getting a refund from pay pal

I received incorrect size on a sweatshirt that looks like it is an iron on decal, and incorrect artwork on a tee shirt, which again looks like an iron on. Calling credit card company to dispute.
The sweatshirt I got was made of thin, rough material. Messy sewing. And the size medium would have been large or even extra large on a man. I asked for a refund, only to be offered 30% with no return. They implied there was no point returning it as it was a Chinese address. I asked for a refund again and they offered 50%. Tedious and unprofessional. I complained AGAIN, saying I’d forfeit the delivery cost (£9) for a full refund and they finally caved.
I ordered a t-shirt 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing from the company despite 4 emails and 1message. They haven't bothered to reply and I am still waiting for the t shirt.
Beware of this company they are unprofessional unreliable untrustworthy. I placed an order on Oct 29th with a promise of delivery within 8 to 12 days 3 weeks later still no sign of my order contacted them to ask why was told they were busy a month later I got my order to find I was one tshirt short contacted them again and no reply as to where my missing tshirt is. So beware unless you want no communication waiting for items that may i or may not shoe up.very bad practice indeed. So my advice would be to avoid this company like the plague
