No delivery, poor communication, unacceptable handling
Order placed on February 18, 2026 (order number LCE00061078) and fully paid. The status remained “waiting for shipment” for weeks without any proactive update. After reaching out myself, I received no clear delivery timeline or concrete solution. Instead, I was offered a partial refund of $10, which is completely disproportionate to the issue. I set a clear deadline until March 18 to either ship the order or issue a full refund. This deadline has now passed without delivery or a full refund. Conclusion: commitments are not being met, communication is vague, and there is a clear lack of accountability. This comes across as unprofessional and unreliable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company until they significantly improve their processes.
