Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the experience you had and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive only part of your order. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your order was shipped in multiple packages, and unfortunately, one package was lost in transit by the carrier. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We’d also like to clarify that all of our responses are handled by real support team members. However, we sincerely apologize if our communication felt impersonal or did not meet your expectations — we understand how important clear and timely support is. We have already arranged a replacement for the missing garden bed at no cost, and we’re ready to proceed as soon as the current dispute is resolved, so we can ensure everything is handled properly and without delays. We truly value every customer and are continuously working to improve both our service and communication. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Warm regards, Land Guard

Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The instructions are typically included inside the raised garden bed's package. Regarding the mismatch between the electronic and printed instructions, it's possible our support team sent an older version by mistake. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention—we will use your feedback to improve. Please send your order details to [email protected], and we will prioritize sending you the correct instructions. Thank you for your understanding! Warm regards, Land Guard
