WARNING! DO NOT BUY! My Lankeleisi e-bike had a massive short circuit and the wiring/battery CAUGHT FIRE. This is extremely dangerous and a huge fire hazard! I contacted support, but they do not care about safety. A BOT automatically responds every week with the same useless template promising to "send spare parts". I don't need parts, the bike literally burned down and needs a full motor, battery, and wiring replacement! Lankeleisi is violating EU safety and consumer laws. If an official manager reads this: look at my order #[4740] immediately before I escalate this to the EU Consumer Protection (ECC-Net) and product safety authorities!
Do not buy bicycle from there! Problems with battery/sockets.If there is an issue about warranty, they send you non original parts and dont pay the repair . You have to do them by your self if you don t want to pay the repair.
