Great sevice, exelent bycikle, and warranty setvice from my country available. Cusstomer service dealed with my problem qyick and eficient. Bycikle it self is briliant, very stable on the road, it might be heavy, but it actualy helps to keep speed and balance on the road.
Do not buy!
Do not buy! Very bad after sale service, good only in the process of buying after that terrible. Bad support, bad handling, bad timing and nothing that would make a happy customer after the mistake of the company. Bad components, poor quality, no sincere sorry just canned responsesn Chinese company that is only here to take too much money for expensive bikes with poor quality.
Bad experience, bad battery disaster
More then 90 emails for company who took money in advance, now can not organize return for dangeroua battery, asking to pay and send the battery, sending emails in 3am because they dont work European time zone hours etc Very very bad experience ans product.

DO NOT BUY/TRUST LANKELESIS Bike broke over 2 months ago after only 18 months of limited use. It took days and days to find a solution. They asked us to send the battery for testing to a UK warehouse where they tested it and it was fine. After weeks, and initially loosing our battery in their warehouse, they finally sent our battery back but not to our address. To a random address across the country. We now cannot use our bike at all. The company are now not replying to any messages. Honestly, shop local. Do not trust this company. It has been nothing but issues from the beginning. We will never touch them again and advise everyone else to do the same! Customer service is absolutely diabolical.

Perfect rv700 Explorer …
I'd ordered a Rv700 Explorer and I'm very happy with it It's really powerful and the breaks are perfect. Frame is well build and packing was really good, so all arrived safe and clean. Just the rear suspension is a bit hard but I'd removed it for a better one, so I can drive on ally favourite trails Delivery was fast ordered on Saturday and 5 days later it arrived via UPS Thanks for this great bike🚲👍

Great bike and service
I have the MG740 plus, which I bought two years ago. Out of my six e-mtbs, it is my favorite. It is well built, strong and reliable. I have on occasion crashed it and replacement parts are easy to get from the Lankeleisi store. I have also bought several add-ons, even for my other bikes. I have no complaints about the products or service. My next bike will be the MG800.

Don’t buy from them !! Ordered a bike and paid. Contacted me to say they don’t have it in. I said ok please refund, kept offering me other bikes. Now no email for 7 days !! Scammers. Now have to go though my bank to recover money !!!

Hello, for out-of-stock products, we will arrange customer service to contact you first and try to change the model. If the customer is unwilling to change and clearly expresses the refund, we will initiate a refund. After the refund is initiated, it will take 2-5 working days for it to reach your bank account through your bank.

Up to 3220 miles now, only changed 1 tyre and brake pads. What a fantastic bike I would recommend to anyone, like it that much I have a bought a spare just in case of a break down. Use it nearly everyday in all weather's and a few mates have listened and also purchased one.

I ordered the MG740 PLUS and it came in a couple of weeks they kept me informed in emails. what a beautiful bike absolute beast the battery last ages and I go every where on dual motor as well if you're looking at this bike for yourself get it cuz it's well worth the money and it's fast and powerful
Good service and incredible bike.
There was minor inconvenience when communicating, but I did get my as advertised MG 740 Plus and it has been fantastic with a lot of range and power and an absolute beast on and off road.
Front suspension snapped from the…
Front suspension snapped from the bottom of the stanchions twice. They are telling me they are not broken 😂. Even after sending me out a second set they broke within a week from normal riding ffs. They Will not resolve the issue. The suspension they put on these bikes is straight up dangerous.

Still Waiting - Bad Communication
After seeing a lot of reviews on Youtube and being a Youtube creator myself, I bought a Bike from this company for £2000 to review it on my channel. The Bike is in a warehouse with the UPS courier in Poland and has been for 4 days now with no change, however UPS have told me that they can't export it without Lankeleisi providing them with the “Power of attorney” For Customs. I've contacted Lankeleisi and explained several times now and they don't seem to understand. Their customer service is extremely poor and the language barrier doesn't help. They keep sending me messages that don't make sense even though I put it in very simple terms. So far they have been a nightmare to deal with. I will change my review if the problem is sorted out promptly but so far I would not recommend this company. As it stands now I will be contacting my Bank on Monday and making them aware of possible Fraudulent purchase to retrieve my money back.

Because the UK warehouse is out of stock, we will tell the UK customers before delivery that the goods shipped from the EU to the UK may be intercepted by customs. We promise that we will bear the costs if any. Customers need to cooperate with customs to inspect the goods.
