Still Waiting - Bad Communication
After seeing a lot of reviews on Youtube and being a Youtube creator myself, I bought a Bike from this company for £2000 to review it on my channel. The Bike is in a warehouse with the UPS courier in Poland and has been for 4 days now with no change, however UPS have told me that they can't export it without Lankeleisi providing them with the “Power of attorney” For Customs. I've contacted Lankeleisi and explained several times now and they don't seem to understand. Their customer service is extremely poor and the language barrier doesn't help. They keep sending me messages that don't make sense even though I put it in very simple terms. So far they have been a nightmare to deal with. I will change my review if the problem is sorted out promptly but so far I would not recommend this company. As it stands now I will be contacting my Bank on Monday and making them aware of possible Fraudulent purchase to retrieve my money back.
