Absolute garbage. Bought a 100 AH to replace my 30AH. Great for a few months but now it won’t charge. Multimeter shows crazy readings that keep cycling between 2V-18v continuously Contacted Lanpwr. But waiting on a resolution

I’m based in Denmark. Bought two lithium batteries from Lanpwr in UK. The price was very attractive, and I recieved my merchandise six days, after I placed the order. Everything worked according to the “book”👍.

I decided to return the products ordered (battery and charger) as they were no longer needed. I submitted the request after a few days (within the allowed 14 days ) LANPWR applied redicilus shipping charges for BOTH the returns shipping (40 EUR) and the original (57 EUR?!?!?! really?) Stay away, horrible return policy, sadly its written on their website, but you have to look for it. STAY AWAY

Warning: Do Not Buy LANPWR or TTWEN LiFePO4 Batteries from Shenzhen Swalle Technology Co., Ltd. I purchased LANPWR LiFePO4 batteries from Shenzhen Swalle Technology Co., Ltd. through the Alibaba platform. Unfortunately, like many other users, I encountered serious issues shortly after purchase. The batteries began to fail after just a few charge/discharge cycles. Common problems include: voltage dropping below operational levels, batteries refusing to charge or discharge properly, and non-functioning LCD screens. I contacted the seller, but they refused to replace the faulty batteries. Their reasoning? I no longer make additional orders from them—so in their view, the warranty no longer applies. This means that in reality, there is no warranty support, even though they originally promised a 3-year warranty, and their website claims a 5-year warranty. The seller either ignores messages or responds with vague, unhelpful replies. There is no attempt to resolve the issue. I strongly advise against buying any batteries from Shenzhen Swalle Technology Co., Ltd. They market their products under brand names like LANPWR, TTWEN, and possibly others. Based on my experience, their products are unreliable, and their after-sales service is deceptive. LiFePO4 battery issue, battery scam, unreliable supplier, warranty fraud, Alibaba battery problem, LANPWR failure, TTWEN battery issue, Shenzhen Swalle complaint, faulty battery, do not buy, bad experience, battery warranty scam, solar battery failure, camper battery issue, electric boat battery problem.
Awesome 100ah battery
Awesome 100ah battery and works fine, arrived from Germany to Portugal in 5 days. 1500w inverter can power to 1350w continuous power with no problem. Good value for money. Will buy again

Warning! SCAM! Dangerous batteries with recycled cells and and small BMS made for max 20A discharge, missing essential safety protections. False markings and without real certification . This company don't follow the shipment regulations and European laws.
I've bought two of their 100ah 12V…
I've bought two of their 100ah 12V LiFePo4 batteries recently. One with bluetooth and one without. The batteries were shipped quickly from Germany to Ireland. Packaged well in two layers of cardboard. Both arrived partially charged. I'm currently charging them and will check the capacity and report back. I've taken one star off for two reasons. Firstly because the app needs improvement. It reports cell voltages and temperature (can be useful) but reports 100% SOC when the voltage is just over 13V - far from being fully charged. Also, everytime I plug in my phone's powercord the app closes or refuses to connect to the battery! Secondly, and more importantly, because according to a review on their site a customer got no response from their support when they wanted a battery with a defective cell. That's somewhat worrying.

This Company is a scam. Ordered, paid and nothing ever arrived. Avoid. And call the police.
