ordered a battery for my toshiba x30-e and they claim they tested all their parts before they shipped. lo and behold, i got my tracking number 3 days later and the battery arrived exactly a week from the day it was ordered, no damage or anything. i checked the battery report from windows and they had infact tested it!!!! 10/10, would ABSOLUTELY order from them for any future laptop part needs.

Overall good experience. Delivered in exactly 14 days. Battery in good condition, OEM. Came with complementary screwdrivers and pry tools which was nice. But I think it'd be also great if it came with matching screws (luckily I had saved the screws from my old battery so it wasn't a problem for me).

Your mileage may vary, but in my case all went smoothly. My order was sent on June 18, parcel was delivered on June30 (London). Battery with complementary added two screwdrivers (T5, PH2.0) guitar picks and spudger was well packaged. On site the battery advertised as "Brand new original 8-cell laptop battery". Can happily report that received battery indeed the original product. I can tell by little things like screws that stayed in place after unscrew them (preventions from falling down and shorting motherboard) and working as expected "curentless mode" when you can turn off battery completely, so when you replacing the battery it will not supply power right away (again preventing any shorts) but after you connect device to the mains adapter of the laptop. After installation the battery reported 70% charge , zero charging cycle count, and full 60488 mWh capacity. So I am happy customer, thank you.

I tried two replacement batteries, and neither of them worked properly in my computer. No one has any idea why. After contact with the company, I was able to return both batteries and receive a full refund plus reimbursement for return shipping. I am assured that my experience with the batteries is a very rare anomaly.
