We had an project in our school were we should built anything we want with an arduino. So we decided to built an engraver. It challenged us. So we doesn’t no much about these electricity an Lasers. So we buy one and really fast our intelligence is on its end so we contact Laser Tree and a few hours later we became an answer from the team. More it was our last hope but we haven’t much hope but the answer came. No matter how many questions we had, every single time we get an good solution for our problems we had. We are so suprised about this well cooperation. However ask us about an good Laser Manufacturer. We would say Laser Tree. Really Thank you Laser Tree Team for your help.
Excellent service
Excellent service. I bought the K60 set and after installation, I had problems with it not working. The P-DA board wasn't sending a signal to the module. I contacted LaserTree and received a WhatsApp number for their technical support. Together, we conducted some tests via WhatsApp, including videos, to rule out any issues with my machine. It turned out that the LaserTree P-DA board wasn't transmitting the signal. Within minutes, I received the shipping tracking number for the replacement. Simple and technically perfect service.

The representative although I did not get their name went so far above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I was interested in one of the modules and they made it so easy for me. I truly felt like I was the only thing that mattered. The understood.y concerns and addressed them accordingly. They were prompt And courteous. They were polite and gracious . They were very knowledgeable with my concerns. I didn't have to over explain myself. They understood exactly what was going on . This is the way customer service should be. I was so excited to get it from this company. I so wish that every company treated their customers like this. Lasertree has a new customer. If I have my way everyone I know will want to deal with them. Thank you again for all of your help and support to make my laser work a treat again.
Lasertree K1 60Watt
Eight months ago, I bought the Lasertree K1 60Watt via Amazon. I've used it for a maximum of 15 hours, and now it doesn't work. After many emails, nothing and they give no warranty. Just throw €1,400 away. Don't buy it!!!

I purchased a K60 laser module 12/31/24 and received 1/9/25. I used for about a week after installing on my machine and it stopped working. I contacted the company via email several times starting 2/2/25 and within their 30 day return policy window and I have had no response from Lasertree.com.

Lasertree k30+
I give lasertree a big 5 for service and support and product. Very helpfull and yes price is a bit higher than others but i would say worth it. Will post my review of the laser on youtube for them to see aswell. I love the laser and have tested it out. It works beautifully. Customer support and quality is very high. A must to buy. You will not regret it.
