Excellent customer service and product

I ordered face masks. The product is excellent just as described, and the customer service is excellent. They answered all of my questions and did their best to get the product to me in a timely fashion.

I ordered 1 mask and 1 totoro gaitor mask almost 2 mos ago and I still have not received anything. Now after reading these reviews I am wondering if there is a way to cancel my order which was EXPENSIVE and get a refund!!!

The positive reviews are likely written by representatives of LeeSilk

Most of the positive reviews for this company are fake. Anyone should be suspicious about the fact that many of the "positive reviews" were written by "customers" with Malaysian names (LeeSilk is a Malaysian company), or simply called "customer." The poor (or awkward) English grammar used in some of the other suspiciously terse reviews is another dead-giveaway for inauthenticity, especially when considered along with the "Western" sounding names accompanying them. Furthermore, the most recent "positive review" (June 25th) was written by a "customer" with ELEVEN REVIEWS. Bull***t. UPDATE: Within a few hours of posting this, several more "positive reviews" appeared with dubious characteristics. They are doing this, apparently, in an effort to balance the deluge of negative reviews they have received lately regarding the abysmal quality of their product and ridiculous shipping delays. This company literally stole my money, and the money of many others by advertising products they do not sell, then contesting or refusing refunds outright. LEESILK IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM LEESILK.

The Michael Jordan shirt is awesome

I don't know about you guys but the Michael Jordan shirt is ordered recent is just perfect. The material is 100% cotton, comfortable to wear. It isn't any flimsy material that you get from Forever 21. It doesn't get shrink from drying either. Just a good quality shirt.

Even though it was delayed a bit but the funny mug I ordered get a good laugh out of everybody in my office. Lovely product. Thanks.

not as pictured face mask

ordered a face mask from them and recieved poor quality, not as pictured on website. no nose piece no second filter not the material as pictured. and the stiching not correct as the logo is missing a letter or etc. dont buy from these people..

Stay away from this company

I purchased face masks at a cost of $90 which included shipping. After many attempts via email, I was provided a DHL shipping number. It has been 8 weeks and the shipping number appears to be fake and I have not received any of the masks ordered. Please stay away from this company.

WASTED MONEY!!!!!

Substandard product. I ordered masks with sorority symbols; not only was the design misrepresented, the color was totally out of compliance, which WAS NOT what was advertised on the website. The mask on the website indicated that there were two filters and a bar to adjust the fit across the nose...there was NO bar to adjust the fit across the nose and there was only one filter which didn’t seem as though it would stay in place as the fabric was too flimsy to carry the weight. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered Metallica Mask

Ordered Metallica Mask on 4/24/20 only rcvd it today 6/16/20. It took forever to get here and the printing/picture was like a wash out coloring not as vibrant as the picture shown. Not happy at all.

Worst online business EVER!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is a complete scam - taking money from people during these uncertain pandemic times! Not only did they mail my package to the wrong address, but amidst their incompetencies they refused to refund my lent. I placed the order in March and it is now June. Their level of service is pathetic and they should be shut dont!

I wish I could have gave them zero stars. The masked were not at all like in the photo the materal was thin and there were no lining or protection from inside. Just basic thin cloth.😡

I am like everyone else I order two mask's with Colt's logo a month ago still have not received a tracking number I emailed them no response back I lost over $80 I should of read reviews first lesson learned from bulls--t company it's a shame there is company's like that if you want to keep your money don't order from these idiot's when you call it just brings then a busy tone somebody needs to shut this BullS--t company down unfreakin' believeable I guess I am the Idiot if there was a zero rating thats what they would get

This is a bogus company

This is a bogus company. Ordered merchandise (ordered 3 UniveRsity of Louisville masks) off Facebook on May 5th, given a bogus tracking number for DH, called to check on product delay with US phone number (no answer). I think i have been bamboozled. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

LeeSilk is a Bogus Company You should be ashame of yourselves for having such a Stupid company. Robbing people of their hard earned money. They put their trust into your company and what do they get from you? Poor Messed Up merchandise. I'll make sure that on Social Media what type of company LeeSilk is about. My order came in and it was not what I was expecting, yet another dissatisfied customer. You should fold up your company...Such Dumbass's.

Shame to steal people’s money.

Been trying to receive 1 mask and first email was about not being able to put the name on it like advertised. So I said fine no problem. Still waiting in the middle of a pandemic for my mask. Wish I would have read the reviews I would have saved myself from being robbed. YES ROBBED - lesson learned and hopefully I will get my mask that was supposed to be a gift and now I have to look like an a@@ because I am still waiting on the present for someone. Won’t ever do it again. Hope you enjoy mine and all the others money.

Poor quality

Poor quality! Scam! company has a picture of LA Dodgers mask with a carbon filter, metal nose clip, velcro fastener - like a $10 mask I bought in person - but you get a flimsy polyester mask where you can barely make out LA - looks like a hawaiian print, no nose clip, over the ear poorly made mask. And it took 6 weeks to get to Los Angeles! Will try to get my money back if I can. Don;t fall for this!
