I wish I could leave a zero star, they do not even deserve one. Purchased shoes, their size chart was wrong and I cannot even get them to exchange the shoes. After many emails back and forth, he finally asked if I would purchase another pair with a discount.
This is why I use my credit card...I called and they are forcing Leesilk to refund the money.
Avoid at all costs.. £60 i paid for a chanel duvet set.. got it and the colour is nothing like the show picture also the material is thin.. i e mailed them saying i want to return it and get refund.. they asked for picture of what i recieved ..the reply was my lighting was not right and its the same as picture and cant get refund but we will give u 20% of next purchase haha dont make me laugh..robbing company and customers have no rights in there eyes for refunds...im going to trading standards..
Absolutely terrible company😡I ordered a size L shirt it was more like an XXXL I asked for an exchange for a smaller size they refused asking me to order another shirt only offering me 10% off it! I don’t think they know what customer care means! Keep well away!!!
I ordered a shirt Xmas gift in early Nov, I did not receive it until Jan and it arrived in the wrong colour. I reported this and was asked to send a picture which I did. After no response for another week - in Feb- I asked for an update again and then was told I took the photo in "discoloured light" and to do so again. This has been 3 month process of chasing this company who sent me the incorrect product and has resulted in total dissatisfaction. Will never order from them again.
I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. I reached out several times and the only response I got was telling me that it would not be here in time for Christmas but they including some tracking information. The tracking information was invalid- everytime I tried to check it, it was showing as not in the system. After reaching out several more times with no response, I disputed the charge with my bank. This company is a SCAM!!
Quality, not good but the customer service is the worst. Shirt I purchased as gift is was too big since it’s more of a 3x than 2x. No refunds offered. Shirt color is different than picture, looks and feels cheap. Item received did not come with packing slip or return/exchange info. Worst experience ever. Refusing to refund my money, shirt size and chart not the same and they asked for pictures of my measurements which I provided, still they won’t admit the size is off. Buying from LeeSilk is a gamble and rip off!
The item was exactly what we read and saw pictured on the listing information. The order was processed quickly and arrived much faster than expected! They provided quick responses to our contact with them. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again!
Horrible company.. do not order anything from them they are a scam and will rip you off. I know they did it to me. Ordered a hoodie a month ago and have been given the run around. They even went so far as to give tracking information on the item that never was sent to the post office for delivery.
Lee Silk was great to deal with - responsive to email questions, and delivered as promised. I was very happy with the welcome mats I bought as gifts, and my friends were thrilled with them. They came tightly vacuum wrapped, but - just as Lee Silk told me - with a little time the flatened out fine and look great.
I ordered a pair of Harry Potter crocs as a birthday gift. During the transaction, communication was great. It took about six weeks to receive them. Anytime I inquired as to the status, a response was received within a few hours. When I receive them, one of the crocs was defective. I sent a picture of it and again within a few hours I received a response. They replaced the defective pair and again great communication with the second pair as well.

I am sorry so many people have had bad luck because my experience has been so positive twice. I give them 5 stars because my shoes are great and they came fast. I bought my 2nd pair of the Daughter of the King, Child of God shoes with the pretty colors. I love them! These are delightful people to do business with, will order again!
I ordered a hoodie and when I got it is was a different print than the one I ordered they told me it wasn’t I know what I was looking at when I ordered it besides different print it was the cheapest material hoodie I ever bought and the color was very dull looked worn out when I got it 50 bucks and I will never ware it talked to customer service about it went back and forth and they stopped talking to me save your money
I ordered EVH crocs back in 13/10/2020 and still haven't got them delivered yet. I got in contact briefly with them in Messenger and they told me to send them my PayPal for a refund. I keep reminding them but no luck getting my $46.38 back yet. They are stealing money from their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!
