ordered a customer face mask from website. when mask arrived was not as advertised. contacted customer service, they told me that there was an issue with the mask. but yet and still they advertised the defective product. ask for a refund, was told to ship back what was sent. once returned refund will be processed. product was returned and yet and still a month later no refund. Contacted customer service was told refund was processed and confirmation email was sent. no confirmation email received and still no refund. very shady company, they should be put out of business. save yourself the headache and do not buy anything from them.
This company is very sketchy. I ordered some custom Ohio State crocs from them in early July and it is now a day away from Thanksgiving and I have yet to receive my package. The only way to contact them is through facebook messenger and even then, they barely respond to you. They told me
my package could have gotten lost in the mail and that if i sent my bank info, routing number, etc and they could issue a refund. For starters, that raises a red flag for me because if I already put my card info in to buy the product, I shouldn’t have to give them all that info. It feels like they’re trying to scam me. Secondly, I wouldn’t have even known that my order had gotten lost in the mail if it wasn’t for me asking. Also, when they give you an order number, they never give you a tracking number and if you did receive one, there is nowhere on the website for you to type the info in to track your package.
I order a hoodie from Leesilk after I placed the order I read the reviews they were horrible so I was nervous I would just like to say that I had no problem at all respond to me when I ask questions they were wonderful

IT WAS ALL FADED AND CHEAP MATERIAL AND VERY SMALL BENDING MY EQRS FOWARD .... I COULD OF GOT BETTER ONES FOR $5 EACH INSTEAD IT COST ME $41.00 FOR A 3 PACK WICH IS THE MINIMUM .... I ONLY PAID SO MUCH BECAUSE IN THE PICTURE IT LOOKS LIKE ITS MADE SO WELL VERY THICK WITH ALL TINY LITTLE AIR HOLES ABOVE THE MOUTH AREA .. ( BUT STILL VERY PROTECTIVE ) WITH A METAL BRIM THAT BENDS AROUND THE NOSE FOR A GOOD FIT , THOSE CIRCULAR BLACK FILTERS TO HELP YOU BREATHE ... ONE ON EACH SIDE ... WITH MY FAVROITE SPIRTS TEAM LOGO IN THE MIDDLE AND AN OUT LINE OF THE CITY IN THE BACK

IN THE ORIGINAL PICTURE YOU CAN SEE ALL THE TINY BREATHING HOLES AND I GUESS TOO KEEPBYOU A LITTLE COOL IR SEEMED LIJE A THICK MASK A LITTLE ... IN THE PUCTURE THE GIRL WAS WEARING A THICK WINTER UAT SO I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE GOOD ESPICALLY THOUGH SEPTEMBER - APRIL ... AND EBEN AFTER THAT

TOOK MONTHS TO COME , AND IF IT DID WAS MSDE LIKE CRAP AND CHEAP AND NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE LOOKED LIKE SOME PEOPLE JUST GOT ROBBED STRAIGHT OUT WITHOUT RECEIVING ANYTHING ..... I got tge run around tge whole time and told tge problem was it was MIS-SHIPPED and for 2 months ive been asking them non stop and they ask me if the mailing address is spelled right , ect .... then finally was told i woukd get a refund and then 3 day latervi recive a package of crap from a return address of Texas ... when there in Malaysia and Philippines.... all rhe good reviews are written by them...

THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OUT OF THERE " "PHILADELPHIA OFFICE " ... SAYS TO TEXT ... THEY ONLY COMINICATE THROUGH MESSENGER ONCE A DAY AT 4:30AM AND IT TAKES A DAY FOR THEM TO ANSWER.... AND IN 2 MONTHS I ONLY TALKED TO THEM ONCE BACK AND FORTH ON MESSENGER AFTER THEY SENT MY PACKAGE OF CRAP !!!
Impossible to contact. Leesilk somehow used a bad address. Now I am unable to get help in any manner. The credit card charge went through so they had the correct address
This place is totally fu@#ed up, excuse my language but it's true never buy from these rip offs. I ordered 2 items a fox jumper, and a baby groot hugging jack daniels jumper. First of all they charged me double the ammout for both items, which my bank is still trying to get the money back for. Then they stuffed up my shipping details which further delayed the delivery process. I have only received one item from them so far and guess what it was the wrong size, x large instead of large. I'm still waiting on second item to arrive, but god knows when that will get here. I placed both orders over a month ago now. Every time you try to contact them they just give you the run around. I strongly advise people not to purchase from this company.
Bought a 3 pack of face masks and received masks that were nothing like what I ordered. Contacted the company and they said they changed the design and offered me a partial refund. When I checked the website, though, they still have the mask I ordered up for sale. They are falsely advertising their products. Still trying to get a full refund.
The face mask are crap they have a vent on them but the air you breath out comes out of the top fogging up your glasses also they are totally over priced.avoid buying this
This company falsely advertises face masks. I ordered what I thought was in the picture and received a completely different item. No filter and no vent. The vent was a fake one glued on! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a month ago. No mask, not tracking number and total run around by customer service, if you can call their facebook messaging customer service.
Amex credited me my money back and they are based out of PA in the US so I contacted the BBB in PA and reported them. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these people. Stay very far away from them.
Please be advised before you are scammed. Never received the products I ordered. Face masks. All a scam. I call the # not in service. I have reached out & they do answer via email stating everytime that my product I ordered is ready for shipment. I have had 5 tracking #s so far for one dam package. Trust me it’s a scam !!! I’m calling my credit card right now from my souses phone to file a complaint. DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THEM. ITS ALL BULL !!!!!!!
I ordered 3 Nights of Columbus masks 6 weeks ago and yet to receive anything. I have call Leesilk office over twenty times and cannot get an answer. I hate that I’ve been Scammed.

This is the worst site i have ever purchased from. Not only did the send me incorrect product they failed to correct or notify me of what changed on the product. I let them know and they said they would refund my payment. However payment was never refunded thry say 7 to 10 business days. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! and they continue to this day say they refunded money that was never refunded. SCAM SCAM SCAM IS ALL I CAN SAY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered a three pack of Dallas Cowboys facemasks. The pictures online looked very cool and I was actually excited to get them. It took about two months for them to arrive and they did today and it looks like they used recycled prostitute panties and had a bunch of kids so them together. Worst purchase I’ve ever made!
