HORRIBLE!!!! after waiting almost 2 MONTHS for my order, i received what i thought was a joke! flimsy polyester with a distorted saints logo. no metal clip and the material can not support the filter which keeps falling out. it does not at all resemble what was advertised. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I want my money back
I spent $41.99 for what was supposed to be a 3 pk of wolf print masks with carbon filter. Not worth 49 cents. "Valves" had been GLUED to fabric. Upon arival they had already completely sperated from mask. I now own 3 useless, high priced masks with filters falling out and a gaping hole where filters SHOULD be attached. Also, fabric is single ply, which means even if the valve had been applied correctly, it would NOT offer any real protection. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! By the way, they will NEVER answer your phonecalls, email requests for a refund, oroffer you a usable, safe item replacement. Crap company. Crap product...
My order 84497 looks nothing like what was advertised on the LEE SILK site. I am not satisfied with this product. What I received looks extremely cheap and not worth the money spent along with the time waiting on the product over 1 month to be exact. I am disappointed in the quality of the finished product and feeling quite frankly scammed. I want the product that I paid for and what was advertised on the site. Unhappy Customer
Do not purchase anything from this site they are a total scam. Invalid email answer fake tracking number that has been in transit for 3 weeks. Filed a complaint with BBB
I ordered a face mask (3pac). The email with tracking number was worthless. Email to admin got response and a better DHL tracking #. Masks arrived about 1 month after being ordered but unfortunately, they were not the masks ordered. After exchanging emails with photos of what was ordered and what was delivered, they offered a refund if/when I returned the masks to their NY address (another cost in addition to the $38.00 for the masks). Admin was responsive but just didn't have a clue that people want to get the product ordered not something else especially at the prices charged. At least, it was the same sport team just a totally different design. Mask appears to be well put together and of good material.

I tried putting in a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they could not find no information on this company. This company is a fraud so be aware. Do not buy from this company. I made a purchase 2 months ago and still haven't receive my item. i emailed them several times and call no answer and no response. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. It's been a month and I have not received my mask nor an email. I will NEVER order through them again.
I ordered fa e mask from them over a month and a half ago I have not received any emails with information regarding my order. It shows my order was never shipped and finally they send me an email today stating that my order may have got lost during shipping. Ok yeah lost when out shipping but never shipped. Now I sit and wait to see if I will get a refund these are not cheap mask almost $42 and here i sit no refund and no mask.
This company is garbage! I ordered my mask almost a month ago. Have had one response from them. The DHL tracking is garbage. It hasn't moved in 12 damn days! In the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS!
Don't buy from this company! Six weeks and I still haven't received my product. It hasn't even shipped yet. Still haven't heard from them. If they answer, I'm going to demand a refund.

Ordered 10 masks 2 weeks ago, finally got a useless tracking number 5 days ago. Coming from Georgia to Florida by Pony Express! The don't have ANY customer Service. 5 good masks showed up today, supposed to be 10. $85.00

Be very careful when ordering clothing from here, the item I received was completely different to the displayed pictures. The material was very cheap and thin, the main color was purple and shiny not dark blue and matte, the hoody, hand pouch and drawstrings were all different colors completely. To their credit they arranged a full credit eventually after a few backwards and forwards emails, and the seller was pretty quick to reply.
Still have not received product ordered it’s been over two months since order placed and no communication on where my item is, was purchased for a Christmas present. Hard to review an item when it hasn’t been received.
Not happy. I placed an orfer in November of 2019 and it is the 22nd of January and still haven't received my paid for product. I've emailed, no answer. I've called and straight to busy signal. Not happy at all.
Delivery was delayed by several weeks, but we got fully reimbursed before the goods arrived. So although we didnt get to experience the product we have to praise the customer service. Sorting out logistics will be key to the success of this business.
