For your father’s specific system, our Response Center may place calls from the following numbers after an alert: 1-877-330-3665 1-877-206-9141 1-801-781-6173 We encourage customers to call in to activate and test their unit at which point our team provides these numbers and encourages saving them in phones and sharing them with all emergency contacts.
