Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear your order shipped quickly, but we’re sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with the flavor and freshness of the pouches you received. We want to clearly state that we are an authorized retailer, and all of our products are sourced directly from licensed and approved distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or unauthorized merchandise. Our inventory turnover is consistent, and products are stored according to manufacturer guidelines. Flavor perception can sometimes vary by batch or personal preference, and nicotine pouches can occasionally taste different depending on production runs. That said, we take quality concerns seriously. We encourage you to reach out to us directly with your order number and the batch/lot number printed on the cans so we can review this further and determine an appropriate resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and remain committed to providing authentic, quality products.
