I ordered a very large wheel chandelier with glass shades. I understood it was going to take a long time for delivery but I was fine with that. The item was a quarter of the price buying it from the uk so thought it was worth the risk. It arrived when it said and was able to track the item all the way.
Packaged arrived very well packaged and undamaged which was surprising given that many of the components were glass.
Overall I was very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered two bar stools. There was a mix up with my payment through PayPal (PayPal’s fault, not Litfad). I emailed Litfad and they were very good with their communication and very helpful.
The bar stools took 8 weeks to arrive (their website stated 8-10) and the items that arrived are exactly as the image shows, very sturdy and great quality. I am really pleased with my order. Thank you!

The selection and uniqueness of the products are great. We ordered all of our interior lights from litfad.com . The only problem we have had was with the lights that are led and only lasted 3 years, and they should last a lot longer! Litfad directed us to the manufacturer, which was in China, instead of resolving and sending us new ones on their own so the process to get all 8 lights replaced has been troubling to say the least.
