Lotz Outdoors

Hi Brad, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill the order as expected. Once it became clear there was an issue with the shipment, we canceled the order and issued a full refund. Written confirmation of the refund was sent on June 4, and additional refund confirmations, including a refund receipt, were subsequently sent. I understand your frustration and regret that we were unable to complete the order successfully. Martin Lotz III Owner, Lotz Outdoors

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your patience with the shipping delay. We appreciate your understanding that the item shipped from a different warehouse and resulted in additional transit time. While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasionally logistics don't go exactly as planned. I'm glad to hear the item arrived in good condition and met your expectations. Thank you for choosing Lotz Outdoors, and we look forward to serving you again in the future.
