I am in receipt of my Christmas order, a month after placing the order, where I "thought" I was purchasing 2 ceramic figurines of my husband on his motorcycle, like it shows on their site when you place the order. What I got was 2 acrylic awful 2D plagues that are cheap and disgusting. Stay away from this company, as they lie to make sales and because they are in another country, can hide behind the monitor and not face the consumer anger. You cannot trust any company these days, they all lie and make your purchase experience just awful.

I would to put a few minuses, I ordered a motorcycle personalized with my sons pictur, I received a piece of plexiglas with my sons face on it. WTF I paid $70 Canadian. No way of sending it back.

My order looks nothing like what was advertised. I could do better using a 1980 etch a sketch. Stay away and save your money. Do not use this company. Cheap Chinese tat!!!

Very Disappointing – Product Not as Advertised I ordered a sculpture based on the photos shown on the website, which clearly displayed a detailed 3D-style item. What I received was nothing like that. It was a simple flat cut-out with printed graphics — completely different from what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they offered me only a small partial refund, even though the product did not match the pictures or the expectations set by their own listings. This experience felt misleading, and I would not recommend ordering from this site. Make sure to compare what you see online with what other customers have actually received.

Pure junk that looked nothing like what was advertised, this company is a fraudulent company and which is backed up by PayPal . PayPal rejected my claim despite showing evidence. So PayPal are now supporting scam sellers. Buyers beware

Communication is not great. Only reachable by Messenger. The photo on the pillow looks nothing like the real picture 😮

Wish I’d searched for reviews before I’d ordered. Ad looks like a top quality 3D image but what you get barely resembles the picture you submitted and is 2D flat and wooden. No where near worth the cost. They responded to my complaint “Hello, the design drawing of this product is generated by AI. We will make appropriate modifications and adjustments later. Because it is handmade, there will be some deviation from the actual picture. Please understand!” but took no action.
Awful product
Uploaded a picture, items i received were nothing like the picture. No reply from email complaint. Dont buy from Loveager, £72 down the drain

Seriously!!! Looks like a 3D model that's advertised. Unfortunately,its 2D pasted to a piece of cut out wood. Don't do it. When will I learn to check reviews before buying? It just looks tacky. If that's what you're after then go for it. If you're expecting a 3D figure of a beloved vehicle think again!!
