I received my order from Kespire today, Aug 20th, that I placed on Aug 10th. I had expected to get a wood carved Bride and Groom within a wood carved heart with names placed under each of their photos. I think I came across their website on Pinterest while googling for personalized wedding gifts. The gift was shown as a wood hand carved and crafted 3D statue with the names carved into the piece. When I lifted up the box that was delivered, I knew right off, something wasn't right because it was way too light weight, it almost seemed empty. Upon opening, I was devastated. It's not wood at all it's a thin, very thin piece of plexiglass, with a colored decal wedged between another piece of thin plexiglass. There is no wood carving of anything on this! So when I tried to find a phone number or some way to contact the company is when I found all the negative reviews, oh yeah, I felt sick to my stomach! I'm notorious for reviewing companies before I buy anything, but since I saw it on Pinterest, I trusted it, big mistake!
68 emails later.... They made my ring wrong twice and added extra shipping fees, and then refused to refund or make it right! Never again, stay well away from these scammers!!! They totally ruined the experience of my pet's memorial ring for me. Horrible, horrible people. These are the same of Kespire senders in the uk.
Absolute ignorant scamming wankers!! Place an order then dont hear anything from them! Tried emailing customer support and get ignored!! No idea whats going on with my order. Its like its just vanished!
I am extremely disappointed with this company. When I placed my order, the delivery time clearly said 5–12 days to Canada, but it took almost 3 months to arrive.
And when it finally did — they printed someone else’s picture instead of mine. How can such a careless mistake even happen?
This was supposed to be a personal 3D print, and they completely ruined it. I can’t believe the lack of attention and responsibility.
I’ve asked for a full refund immediately. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice — long delays, terrible service, and zero quality control.
My 1 star review is to let everyone who had a bad experience with this company know that I believe your experience. I always read reviews before I purchase from any company.

shocking!! do not buy from this company. terrible quality. the whole frame was scratched and when i asked for a refund they said i was only able to recieve 30% back. When i tried calling they kept hanging up on me. scam!!! avoid!!

I bought two products, a necklace and a leash holder. The necklace had flaws on it, but I choose to take it rather than spend extra money to send it back and get a new one maybe worse than that.
The leash holder was rubbish. On the website there is a picture that is totally different from what you receive! Very disappointed!!!! And 30 euros for such a poor thing were really too much!!! I complained and asked for a refund, that after a lot of e-mails I got: 30%, excluding cost of the materials (a piece of plywood, price max 3 euros objectively) and delivery costs (I bought on the site for a price that gave me right to free delivery………). Awful experiense with this site. Two stars just because necklace is the same as the photo on the website and it’s nice.
They wrote back to all my e-mails and didn’t ignore my complaints. I appreciate this.
