Absolutely garbage. The product is no where closer to the photos shown on their website. SCAMMERS!!! Their false marketing should be monitored and stopped. PayPal should be disconnecting with them too, or buyers can be warned at least to stay safe.
do not use this company they are scammers. what they advertise is NOT what you receive it is rubbish. would give 0 star if option there. AVOID
Well these dodgy characters saw me coming, so please stay away from them. Ordered what appeared in the advertisement to be a 3 dimensional memorial pillow of my dog. In hindsight, should've picked up on the advertisement looking suspiciously like an AI generated load of crap. Pillow arrived today and it is nothing more than a U shaped pillow with my uploaded picture of my dog on it. Absolute garbage.
Ordered a crystal trophy and it looks like a photo on perspex that was left in the sun for a year. DISGUSTING !!! This is nothing but a fraudulent website
What an absolute joke of a product- I wish I would have read the reviews first. Think of printing out a color picture from your “at-home” printer and slapping it on a piece of plastic. That’s what their product is. Jokeville usa.
Extremely manipulative presentation on website. Completely different products. Order wooden ornament, got 3D print of wooden ornament. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I purchased a thick, nice-looking, Honey wall clock, but received a clear piece of plastic 1/8 of an inch thick with a sticker on it, not the attractive clock that appears in the advertisement. I would be ashamed to give this as a gift, It looks like it came from the dollar store! The important thing about this transaction was customer service; it was very poor, and they don't care if you are happy with your purchase. It feels like they try to wear you down, and finally offer a partial refund when pressured by a dissatisfied customer. NEVER AGAIN! WILL I PURCHASE FROM KESPIRE!!!
Absolute shambles of a company. We ordered what we hoed was going to be a very special 50th birthday gift. What came was cardboard nothing like the description & also broke. The company were informed straight away. But won’t issue a full refund! Stay away from this company!
You only got 1 star because I am unable to give you zero. What a load of shit!
Not even close to what is advertised. Completely stay away, they really got me with this scam Too bad I can not show the pics here
Just received a wall clock that is a flat cheap clock made of cheap plastic, that is not 3D as advertised. This site is a fraud, and I should have looked them up before I ordered. I have put in for a refund sow will see how that goes. I am also going to stop payment through the credit card, because this a fraud site.
If i could give them zero star i would . They absolutely are fraud since i ordered picture to have 3 D of it based on their AD but they sent me flat printed picture which is totally different from their advertising in instagram and charged my like 60 $ for printed picture that’s ridiculous!
Never buy from this company. Totally misrepresented the Forever Together as a 3D wood design with lights, turns up as a cheap, poorly printed 2D perspex sheet. Nothing like the image shown on Instagram. I'm waiting for a response for a refund
Absolutely misleading product display. The photo displaying the product is very clearly showcasing a 3D product. However the product received itself received is 2D. After inspecting a very conveniently hidden detail description it does say the product is 2D. Absolutely terrible company.
Personalized mother's day crystal planet-themed name ornament. Description says "crafted from sparkling crystal". Nope it's a plexiglass cutout with some decals. Never again!
68 emails later.... They made my ring wrong twice and added extra shipping fees, and then refused to refund or make it right! Never again, stay well away from these scammers!!! They totally ruined the experience of my pet's memorial ring for me. Horrible, horrible people.
If I could give them no stars I would! I want my money back this is not what I ordered! This is some trickery, I could have did this myself and put her name on it.
Very intentionally deceitful descriptions of their products. This company by this name and by other names (same company) SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE U.S.!!!! Our government should be protecting their citizens from rip-off companies, especially from countries like China and some others.
Order a cushion. Sadly it wasn’t the same as the photo. The images they used to advertise have 3d elements to it. Attached to the pillows/cushions. It came and it was all printed on. Very expensive for what it was. It’s slightly false advertising. Doesn’t look the same.
They are awful awful awful do not I repeat do not order anything from them the pictures of the product look nothing like what you received and they will not give you your money back when you are disqualified
