I ordered gifts for Christmas. Not at all like picture. The perfume bottle is a flat picture on plastic - I'm embarrassed- I can't give this crap as gifts. BIG WASTE OF MONEY WITH NOWHERE TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

Octopus Wall Clock Review
I purchased an octopus wall clock after seeing the beautiful photographs on Swangift's website. The advertised clock appeared to be a vivid, three-dimensional decorative piece, and big to hang over a nice piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the item I received was a flat, two-dimensional printed plastic/acrylic cutout that looked significantly different from the product shown in the listing. This was only about 12" in diameter, and was tiny compared to the one they displayed and dull in color, not vivid! I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the item. The clock was never used and remained in its original packaging. I requested a full refund and offered to return the item, but I was never provided with return instructions. Instead of honoring my request, the company repeatedly offered partial refunds (50%, then 60%, then 70%) while refusing to issue a full refund. After several attempts to resolve the matter directly, The company did not honor their full refund as stated in their terms. I opened a PayPal Buyer Protection claim. PayPal reviewed my case and issued me a full refund. My experience was disappointing because I had actually purchased this clock as a gift and intended to order additional items from their catalog if the quality matched the website photos. Unfortunately, the product I received did not meet those expectations. I encourage prospective buyers to compare the advertised photos carefully with the item they receive and to pay with a payment method that offers buyer protection.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel that I should share my honest opinion of this company .I didn’t read the reviews till after I’d ordered and was then more than a little apprehensive of what if anything might appear from this company . However today , 14 days after order , a nicely packaged really nice quality item arrived ! The 3d product is actually a high quality matt image stuck to a laser cut wooden backing . It actually looks fab! I am very pleasantly surprised and would use the company again . The way they have incorporated the image I sent with the cycle they have added is very well done and looks seamless ! Maybe the company has read the previous feedback and improved ? I think as a bit of fun for that person who has everything , this is a perfect personalised gift ! I would have given 5 stars but just think the company should show an image on the site that shows that this is flat product with the illusion of a 3d sculpture . It does state this in the description though .

Scam. The image for the item I ordered showed a 3-dimensional tree with chains hanging down that attached to wood-like hearts with the names of family members. What I received was a flat board with a picture of what I ordered. The "chains" are just pictured on the board. It's no different than me printing out a picture of the item and gluing it onto a very thin board. I did not expect it to be made out of real wood, but I expected more than a printout of it on a board. According to their website, they only offer a percentage of a refund, since they charge a 30% restocking fee. I haven't heard back regarding how to get the item back to them, so I don't know if the return shipping is also going to cost me. DO NOT BUY from this online store.

I ordered a king size quilt set but received a cheap duvet cover, and it’s not even quilted!!!! And I have a second order I’m waiting on from them so not feeling too good about that one. This company is a scam, do not buy from them.

Pictures can be deceiving. Ordered the wooden heart with mom and kids hands. This is CRAP. Wished I would have read the reviews before I bought this CRAP. Please read the reviews before buying from swangifts. I don’t recommend it but you do you. I’ll never buy from swangifts again and will mention it to others if asked where to order from. Wish I could post a picture of the CRAP I got. Did I mention that I received CRAP?

I recently purchased a mothers hand being held by her 4 babies hands. What was advertised was a beautifully crafted piece on a round wooden base. What i got was a printed flat piece of wood on a rectangular base which looks cheap and nothing like the piece advertised.

Absolute con - AVOID THIS COMPANY I bought a dog toy from them and it lasted 30 seconds, after asking for a refund and sending a picture of the defective product they emailed me back stating without sending them a picture of the shipping label they wouldn't refund me... WHAT'S THE SHIPPING LABEL GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING!!!???? They can clearly see i bought the product and have a photo of the failed item. They are just conning people out of their hard earned money. False advertisement. I ordered an acrylic clock. Received a kit with clock hands and battery box and picture to mount the kit. I should have known better. Avoid ordering from this company. Very deceitful. $46.00 lost.
