Never again
I bought two products, a necklace and a leash holder. The necklace had flaws on it, but I choose to take it rather than spend extra money to send it back and get a new one maybe worse than that. The leash holder was rubbish. On the website there is a picture that is totally different from what you receive! Very disappointed!!!! And 30 euros for such a poor thing were really too much!!! I complained and asked for a refund, that after a lot of e-mails I got: 30%, excluding cost of the materials (a piece of plywood, price max 3 euros objectively) and delivery costs (I bought on the site for a price that gave me right to free delivery………). Awful experiense with this site. Two stars just because necklace is the same as the photo on the website and it’s nice. They wrote back to all my e-mails and didn’t ignore my complaints. I appreciate this.
